Autism,is a kind of developmental disorder.Autism's three core characteristics are barriers of social interaction and language communication,narrow repeated stereotyped behavior patterns.In recent years,the prevalence of autism has increased.Autism rehabilitation is a long process,the family faces huge pressure and test.But there are some autistic children,accompanied by her parents,healed step by step.This study selected three families,adopts qualitative research methods to explore difficulties and growth in the process of raising children with autism.The difficulties of family education for autistic children as follows:Firstly,the characteristics of autistic children bring great difficulties to family education.The intelligence of people with autism are generally behind their peers.Because of social barriers,it is difficult for them to accept the invisible influence from the family.Because of the language barrier,communication between parents and children is very limited.It takes a lot of effort for parents to understand their children.Secondly,the physical and mental pressure of family educators is great.The rehabilitation process of autistic children is continuous and difficult,so the care of autistic children is under great pressure.Parents of autism children have high levels of anxiety,depression and poor quality of life.Thirdly,parents have insufficient understanding of autism and its recovery.At present,educational resources about autism in China are still relatively scarce,and parents'understanding of autism is uneven.In the process of raising children,parents need to face the psychological dilemma,the dilemma of social support,the-dilemma of work and life.Receiving a child's diagnosis and long-term care can be a traumatic experience for parents of autistic children.But parents of children with autism have the capacity for post-traumatic development.By coping positively,parents can grow in adversity and make positive changes in their "appreciation of life,personal strength,new possibilities,relationships with others." Family support and social support are very important in this process.The growth of parents has a positive effect on the rehabilitation of autistic children.
