In the new era,mobile Internet technology and mobile communication technology develop rapidly,enterprise training as an important way to help enterprises to enhance the value of talents,training technology is also quietly changing.In the meantime,as a new type of enterprise training model,mobile learning is gradually well-known application.Mobile learning mode means that students can acquire knowledge and skills according to their needs with the help of mobile devices anytime,anywhere.That is to say,it can break the limitation of traditional training in learning place and time.Hence,mobile learning is used by major enterprises to implement employee training,which has become an important supplementary means of training.However,Mobile learning mainly uses scattered time and content to learn,and it is different from traditional learning in terminals and platforms and interaction methods.These circumstances make that the traditional training evaluation system can not be applied in the effect of mobile learning.By consulting the literature,we found that the research on the evaluation model of mobile learning training is less involved,and more experts and scholars focus on the advantage analysis,prospects,system design and resource management of mobile learning.At the same time,we found that enterprise managers have a strong demand for the evaluation of mobile learning science in the survey of enterprises that have implemented mobile learning.Through literature retrieval and research,we analyze the research status of mobile learning and training evaluation at home and abroad.Based on the traditional classical four-level evaluation model and combined with the relevant elements of mobile learning,characteristics analysis,we build a four-level evaluation model for mobile learning.And taking the XX operator who has already implemented the mobile learning model as a research object,we completed the evaluation index screening,the weight calculation,etc,through the investigation,the questionnaire survey and the interview.Finally,the data of a mobile training course selected by the research object are analyzed and applied,and the operational and quantifiable evaluation results are obtained,which provides a quantifiable basis for the training management of enterprises.This paper consists of five parts:in the first part,we introduce the research background,significance,analysis of domestic and foreign studies.And we make sure that the research theme of this paper is based on the design research of the evaluation of mobile learning,put forward the research methods,and form the research ideas.In the second part,we analyze the relevant elements and characteristics of mobile learning mode.In the third part,we design the evaluation model for mobile learning training including index design,screening,weight calculation and so on.In the fourth part,we conduct a case study,that is,the model applies to the actual case.In the fifth part,we conclude the research of this paper and put forward the prospect of future research.In this paper,we found that mobile learning has been widely used in employee training in enterprises,but there is still a lack of relevant theoretical research on the evaluation of mobile learning effects.This article is based on the four-level evaluation model of Professor Donald L.Kirkpatrick.By analyzing the characteristics of the mobile learning model,the construction of the mobile learning training evaluation model is theoretically based and operable.The final evaluation results can also be quantified and compared to provide a reliable basis for human resources training management.
