The Mobile And Blended Training Model Research Of Corporation

With the development of Internet,blended learning based on online learning and the traditional face-to-face teaching methods has emerged,which has rapidly become a hot topic in the field of education and enterprise training because of its flexible learning method.Meanwhile,the increase ownership of mobile phone has also greatly promoted the rapid development of mobile learning.However,the current researches on mobile learning and blended learning mainly focus on the field of school education,but pay less attention on enterprise training.Furthermore,there are huge differences in the blended learning between the enterprise training and higher education.According to the characteristics of blended learning and mobile learning,combined with the needs of enterprise training to improve performance,the mobile and blended learning model of enterprise training is designed.It is hoped that the training model can build a bridge between school theory and enterprise practice.Meanwhile,it can optimize teaching procedures,improve learning effectiveness and provide some reference for the relevant personnel engaged in enterprise training.Under the circumstances,the author is honored to experience the whole process of transforming the on-site training course called The Emotional Intelligence in the Workplace into a blended learning course.In this paper,the development process of blended course is taken as the research object.By consulting a large number of researches,the paper applies the theories related to educational technology.The author designs the blended training model based on previous related researches and studies in this area,and completes the analysis,design,development,implementation and evaluation of blended course called The Emotional Intelligence in the Workplace.Finally,the model is verified by feedback from lecturers,trainees and other related personnel,hence suggestions are provided for enterprises to carry out blended training subjects.
