Depending on the superiorities of Mobile Internet, M-learning have getting a hugeprogress, the advanced terminal promotes the rise of application and user’s number ofM-learning, which marking a new stage of M-learning. Enterprise training, an outcome of thedeveloping of E-learning, which also affected by Mobile Internet, has transfering fromsomething based on E-learning to M-learning step by step. Therefore, a sound enterprisetraining model which based on Mobile Internet is particularly important.In the angel of the learners of enterprise training, in the respect of various factors whichaffect the result of training, this study devise and develop a model of enterprise training basedon Mobile Internet, aiming at helping the participants of training to get a full understand ofthe whole training activity and the affecting factors, thus attaining a best result. Thisthesis,which starting with the development of Mobile Internet and of enterprise training athome and abroad, presents a model of enterprise training based on Mobile Internet. Thenanalyses the stages of requirement acquirement, objective and content determination, contentpresentation, support service and evaluation feedback aiming at each link and factors, statesthe factors of each stage, to guarantee reasonable and effective executive of each stage.Finally, according to the model and taking example of Administrative Law, this thesis designand develop the enterprise training client-side based on Mobile Internet.Currently, Mobile Internet has affected all the businesses, his study which design anddevelop enterprise training model based on Mobile Internet, is aiming at supplying somepractical suggestions to the enterprise training under the quick development of IT.
