Study On The Optimization Of The Review Index System Of Campus Football Characteristic School

Since the general office of the ministry of education proposed in 2014 to select schools with campus football characteristics nationwide,the construction of schools with campus football characteristics has been rapid and the scale has become increasingly large.Today,the number of campus football schools has been close to 30,000.In 2017,in order to promote the healthy development of schools with campus football characteristics and improve the construction quality of schools with campus football characteristics,the ministry of education issued a notice requiring provincial and municipal authorities to organize experts in the field of campus football to conduct the first review of schools with campus football characteristics selected in 2015 and 2016.When I participated in the review work of school football characteristic school in X province,I found that there were many problems in the review index system of national youth school football characteristic school,such as the convergence of the standard content of the establishment and the review index system,the leading deviation of the score value of the core index,and the low testability of some indexes.Based on this,I combine Review work practice experience,domestic and foreign literature,government policy documents,etc.,field survey method,interview method,Delphi method,analytic hierarchy process and other methods were used to optimize the current review index system of national youth campus football schools,and the following conclusions were drawn:(1)based on the current review index system,the new review index system was constructed by Delphi method,with 5 first-level indicators,1 7 second-level indicators and 45 third-level indicators.(2)using the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)method,the data were input into the AHP software to obtain the weight coefficients of the indicators at all levels of the new review index system,and then the composite weight coefficients of the indicators at all levels were calculated as follows:organization and leadership 0.1029,condition guarantee 0.3269,education and teaching 0.3201,training and competition 0.2161,reserve talent cultivation 0.0340.Among them,the guarantee of conditions accounted for 32.69 percent of the total weight,education and teaching accounted for 32.02 percent of the total weight.(see the original for the weights of the secondary and tertiary indicators.)(3)determine the score value of each indicator based on the weight of each indicator.Based on the measurement and evaluation theory and the relevant literature,the evaluation scale of the new · review index system was developed by scientific evaluation methods.
