Research On The Current Situation Of Amateur Swimming Training In Luzhou

to master a sports skill and insist on participating in sports has become the choice of more and more people.In recent years,the economic level of Luzhou City has developed rapidly,and all kinds of sports facilities have become more and more perfect.Many kinds of natatorium and water themed amusement places have been newly built,and various amateur swimming training classes have sprung up with extraordinary vitality.A large number of all kinds of swimming training classes have played a great role in promoting the citizens to master swimming skills,popularizing swimming,promoting the development of national fitness sports,and improving the health level of the citizens.Research Purpose:Through investigating the current situation of amateur swimming training in the main urban area of Luzhou City,analyzing the existing problems and putting forward targeted solutions,the purpose is to standardize the teaching order of various swimming training institutions in Luzhou City,promote the healthy and orderly development of amateur swimming training and teaching in Luzhou City,and promote the further development of national fitness sports.Research Methods:This research adopts the methods of literature,expert interview,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics and other research methods,focusing on the climate and geographical conditions related to the amateur swimming training in Luzhou City,the current situation of the venues and the current situation of the swimming teaching classes,coaches,trainees,teaching process,teaching safety,teaching management,etc Research.Results:1.Luzhou has a long hot summer.And there are many rivers and lakes with a wide water environment.The climate for swimming training and teaching is good,and the mass base is good.However,due to the limited indoor constant temperature venues and the low temperature in spring,autumn and winter,swimming training and teaching are almost only conducted in summer,which is seriously affected by the seasonal changes.2.As of 2019,there are 27 swimming venues publicly operated in the main urban area of Luzhou,and all of them carry out amateur swimming training,including 5 indoor thermostatic natatorium,18 swimming venues in Jiangyang District,and only 9 swimming venues in Longmatan district,Four of the five indoor thermostatic natatoriums operated throughout the year are concentrated in Jiangyang District,while only JuYang hotel in Longmatan district has one thermostatic natatorium.The sanitary condition of venue water quality generally conforms to relevant national standards,and the sanitary condition of teaching environment is generally good.3.Coaches of amateur swimming training and teaching in Luzhou City have a higher overall educational level,with a bachelor's degree or above about 90%.56.6%of coaches are college students,only male coaches.Only 43%of coaches have relevant professional qualification certificates.The problems of teaching safety are prominent,the qualification and rescue level of lifeguards are not up to the standard,the proportion of working with certificates is very low,the situation of imperfect emergency rescue equipment is common,and there is a lack of scientific and reasonable safety plan.4.Most of the participants in the swimming training course in Luzhou city are the children and adolescents aged 6-16,accounting for 80.5%.Most of the participants in the swimming training said that they like and are willing to learn swimming.They think it is necessary to learn how to swim.As far as the present stage is concerned,whether the teaching quality,transportation and training cost have advantages or not has a significant impact on the selection of the training class.5.Amateur swimming training and teaching in Luzhou mainly focuses on short-term accelerated class teaching,the content of beginner teaching is mainly breaststroke skills,and the improvement class mainly teaches freestyle,which is rarely involved in the training of water-based water sense and practical swimming teaching.The teaching organization is mainly composed of private class with 1-3 trainees,small class about 10 learners and flowing class with unlimited number of students pick-learning.The formulation of teaching plan and teaching objectives is not ideal,and there is no scientific and systematic teaching evaluation system.Conclusion:(1)The facilities,regional climate,geographical conditions and mass basis of swimming venues are the key factors to carry out amateur swimming teaching and training.(2)The lack of teaching experience which due to reducing the average age of coaches have influenced the development of amateur swimming training and teaching.(3)The utilitarian phenomenon of amateur swimming training and teaching is serious.It pays attention to the form(swimming posture)and ignores the survival skills(water sense and water nature)teaching.The teaching organization form,teaching plan and teaching objectives need to be standardized and clear.(4)The safety protection measures of swimming training and teaching need to be improved,and the safety inspection,assessment and evaluation system and institutions for amateur swimming training and teaching need to be further improved and established.
