Research On Talent Cultivation Of High-level Sports Industry Under The Vision Of Synergetics

Based on the perspective of synergy,research on the training of high-level sports industry talents,deepen the understanding of its synergistic attributes and synergistic characteristics,enhance the pertinence of collaborative training in the process of talent cultivation and its fitting degree with the training objectives.The optimization reform of the high-level sports industry talent training model provides theoretical guidance with reference value,and provides new ideas for the study of high-level sports industry talent training.Based on the theory of synergy,this paper takes the training of high-level sports industry personnel as the research object,and uses the methods of literature,expert interview,questionnaire survey,Delphi method,analytic hierarchy process and system analysis to explain.The intrinsic relationship between the theory of synergy and the cultivation of talents in the high-level sports industry,using the expert interview method and the Delphi method to construct a high-level sports industry talent training evaluation index system,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)Through the analysis of the relevant knowledge of high-level sports industry personnel training,it is concluded that the high-level sports industry talent training index consists of five first-level indicators,namely knowledge level,knowledge element,ability factor,teaching system and management system.Basic assessment and evaluation.(2)The five dimensions of talent training indicators consist of 21 secondary indicators,namely,academic level,school background,subject background,tutor status,refresher training,sports professional knowledge,interdisciplinary knowledge,public basic knowledge,innovative knowledge and Skills,work experience,research projects undertaken,research results,academic achievements,curriculum modules,practical training,teacher strength,subject resources,academic research capabilities,curriculum achievement,innovative practice ability,and scientific and technological creative ability.(3)On the basis of the construction of the index system,through the combination of expert interview method and analytic hierarchy process,assign the values to each index,and obtain the absolute weight value of each index and then sort the importance of the indicators.In the high-level sports industry talent training index system,the highest weight value among the first-level indicators is the knowledge factor;the top three in the second-level indicators are the academic research ability training,sports professional knowledge,and subject cross-knowledge analysis.These three aspects are important contents for the cultivation of high-level sports industry talents.According to the analysis of the status of talent training in high-level sports industry in China and the calculation results of indicators,(4)In view of the content of the final evaluation of the high-level sports in dustry talent training evaluation index system,this paper believes that in the pro cess of high-level sports industry talent training in China,it is necessary from th ese six aspects:establish a talent training goal,Improve the concept of talent c ultivation,Build a talent training program,Give play to the government's leading role,Build a new type of relationship that fosters collaborative work,Build d ecision-making and supervision,evaluation and feedback mechanisms.
