This paper studies the exploration and practice of stigma improvement in patients with severe mental disorders--a case study of Shen Zhen X community.Through investigation and research,it is found that stigma is a common problem among patients with severe mental disorders in China.This paper focuses on the improvement of stigma in patients with severe mental disorders in X community.Under the guidance of symbolic interaction theory,emotion ABC theory,social support theory and energy enhancement theory,the paper uses the research method of interview to focus on the stigma phenomenon,existing problems and cause analysis of service subjects.Through research,this paper believes that the stigma improvement of patients with severe mental disorders is faced with many problems and the causes are complex and varied.The case work intervention is used to make plans for the service object,improve the service object's confidence,improve the social support system,and reintegrate into the society.Finally,through reflection and suggestion,we can improve the professionalism of social work intervention in the stigma of patients with severe mental disorders.
