Research On The Intervention Of Group Work In The Improvement Of Family Care Ability Of Patients With Mental Disorders

For the special group of patients with mental disorders,family care and support is an important part of their rehabilitation.However,in the process of long-term care for patients with mental disorders,the families of patients with mental disorders face multiple pressures,such as economic,physical and psychological pressure,and need the attention of all walks of life.Therefore,it is necessary to improve the care ability of family members of patients with mental disorders,and it is of great significance for the rehabilitation of mental disorders.The research adopts qualitative research method,which is based on "Family social Worker" project,the third with Changsha social welfare institute patients’ families as the main service object,based on the investigation and analysis of the patient’s family care ability present situation,the cause of the lack of ability to understand the patient’s family care and the actual demand,the introduction of the concept of team work and methods of planning group intervention programme and targeted intervention,At the same time,based on group practice,the effect of improving nursing ability was studied from four dimensions of "knowledge" "emotion" "intention" and "action".Based on the practice feedback,it can be preliminarily concluded that group work intervention has a significant effect on improving the care ability of family members of patients with mental disorders.The specific performance is to promote the family members of patients with mental disorders to learn and master the knowledge of care;Able to use nursing skills reasonably in daily life and improve practical communication skills;Effectively relieve care pressure,enhance care confidence;Expand social support network,provide respite services,thus forming self-help,mutual assistance.On the basis of the practice summary,the operational process of the intervention of group work in the improvement of family care ability is extracted.Suggestions for improving the care ability of family members of patients with mental disorders: the construction of professional interdisciplinary team;Construction of integrated respite service platform;Summary and refinement of generalized and operational intervention schemes.
