Study On The Relationship Between Urban Population Density And Quality Of Life In Wuhan

In recent years,with the increase of urban population density and urban economy,the quality of life of urban residents has attracted much attention,especially the emphasis made by Chairman Xi of the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China to make the masses of the people live a more ardent and happy life.The development of the city is no longer headed by "GDP",but puts the quality of life of the people in a fundamental position.Quality of life is a comprehensive concept that reflects the satisfaction of residents' living needs,which is mainly manifested in two aspects: material needs and spiritual life,that is,objective quality of life and subjective quality of life,which is based on the evaluation of the well-being of the people.It is the comprehensive development of economy and society.The final embodiment of.With the rapid development of urbanization and the continuous growth of urban population density,how to improve the quality of urban life is the urgent direction for us to study.In the four aspects of subjective and objective material life,social construction,self-achievement and social emotion,we selected per capita GDP,average age of education,total annual consumption expenditure per capita,and average life expectancy as a measure of four aspects,The comprehensive evaluation index of quality of life is established,and the quality of life is a quality,decent,healthy and satisfactory four levels.At the same time,we have selected per capita GDP and per capita annual consumption expenditure as a measure of objective quality of life and subjective quality of life.The quality of life,the objective quality of life and the quality of the subjective life are comprehensively analyzed.Describe.This paper takes Wuhan as an example,based on the statistical data of Wuhan from2009 to 2017,respectively,from the population density and per capita GDP,per capita annual consumption expenditure.The univariate linear regression model is constructed to study the relationship between population density and objective quality of life,subjective quality of life and quality of life in Wuhan.It is found that for every unit ofpopulation density in Wuhan,the objective quality of life increases by 2.98 units,and for every unit of population density,the subjective quality of life increases by 2.71 units.For every additional unit of population density,the quality of life increases by 2.96 Population density plays a significant role in promoting the quality of life.The size of population density has an important impact on the quality of life,which is a powerful support for the improvement and improvement of the quality of life of residents.The increase of population density in Wuhan has improved the quality of life of urban residents in Wuhan.This paper puts forward that in order to improve the quality of life of residents,establish the scientific development concept of Wuhan city,meet the growing needs of the people for a better life,promote the high quality development of Wuhan economy,take service as the guide.Suggestions on improving the efficiency of urban comprehensive management,people-oriented,enriching the spiritual civilization of residents and enhancing the scale of urbanization in Wuhan.
