Since has entered the aging society in1999in Hebei province, the annual growth rate ofelderly population is about3%at an average, at present has reached9.89million, accountingfor14%of the total population in the province. Provinces aging committee officials said,according to this situation, in2015the elderly population of Hebei province, will reach11million, accounting for15.5%; by the year2020will reach13million, accounting for17%,close to the aging society of moderate. In recent years, high attention has been payed to thework concerning the aging population in Hebei province. Implement the provincial enterpriseendowment insurance to plan as a whole, the new rural endowment insurance pilot work hasbeen started, the new rural cooperative medical system is fully implemented, the low standardreach the national average. Perfecting city, district, street, the four level endowment servicenetworks, pension services increased dramatically,18beds per thousand old man, and realizethe goal of the eleventh five-year plan in advance. However, as the aging speed and increasein the number of elderly people, elderly dependency ratio is higher and higher, more and moreolder age, and disability of empty nest elderly, the old service demand more and more widely,more and more social pressure on aging. If not as soon as possible to solve these problems, itis bound to bring to the economic development and social stability, must take a long-termperspective, save for a rainy day, and actively take up the challenge an ageing population.Therefore, research on aging population life quality, the analysis of present situation andexisting problems of an ageing population in Hebei province, the development trend of agingpopulation in Hebei province over the next50years and characteristics of seeking the mostsuitable old-age security policy, put forward to improve the quality of life of elderly peopleand policy Suggestions to promote the development of aging, long-term, save for a rainy day,actively meet the challenge of an ageing population has important theoretical and realisticsignificance. In this study, mainly done the following work:（1）In hebei province based on the sixth census data, combined with an ageing populationin our province, the quality of life questionnaire from two aspects of subjective and objective of urban and rural old-age population in our province, sex ratio, age composition, health,cultural quality, labor participation rate, happiness and so on influence of aging population lifequality factor are analyzed in detail to summarize and found the problem.（2）Based on data in each age women, women’s fertility rate, mortality rate, populationage for each other female fertility rates from the sixth census dataof Hebei province, withLeslie model using MATLAB7.0software respectively according to the low, medium andhigh solution to predict the population of permanent residents in Hebei province from2011to2060and the population change trend and scope of future population changes from year toyear. According to the plan for the future50years in Hebei province, city, town and townshipa total population of all ages to predict the population change trend analysis.（3）Using multivariate statistical analysis method in statistical k-means clustering analysisare the quality of aging population life included in the evaluation index system of healthy life,material life, family life, spiritual life, living environment five aspects: data processing, getthe quick analysis data contains the characteristics of the information.（4）Based on the above study of the elderly quality of life in Hebei province and existingproblems of analysis, the next50years in Hebei province ageing population trends k-meanscluster analysis are analyzed and the results of the analysis, find out the problems existing inthe roots and weak links, and put forward a series of in line with the practical policySuggestions in Hebei province.
