Study On The Coordination Relationship Between Population Urbanization And Land Urbanization In China Based On Stage Comparison

In recent years,China's urbanization has developed rapidly,but the two basic dimensions of urbanization,population and land,have obvious problems of speed difference.The imbalance of population urbanization and land urbanization not only causes resource conservation problems such as the loss of cultivated land,inefficient use of construction land,but also leads to the economic and social problems such as the widening gap between urban and rural areas.In order to promote the coordinated development of population urbanization and land urbanization,how to accurately judge the coordination of the two is the first problem to be solved.The speed of standard coordination between population urbanization and land urbanization,lack of adequate theoretical basis,while the population factors and land factors in the process of urbanization investment has obvious phase,so from the perspective of urbanization with the stage of the relationship between the two is a feasible way.The population and land input combing stage of urbanization theory,urbanization stage in the evolution of the relationship and other related documents,according to the Logistic curve of land urbanization,population urbanization,the criterion of coordination of two stages,from the perspective of stage coordination coordination between population urbanization and land urbanization.Based on the Logistic curve of the development of population urbanization and land urbanization,the coordination relationship between population urbanization and land urbanization under different saturation values is studied from the perspective of "stage coordination".The results showed that:(1)In China,the East,West and Northeast four regional population urbanization and land urbanization process conforms to the Logistic curve,and the division of land,urban population urbanization in the four stage of the three inflection point has obvious difference,the analysis of the two stages should coordinate the relationship between urban population(2)Urbanization and land urbanization coordination between different stages.In the stage of "start acceleration and deceleration" of urbanization,the two relations are:at the initial stage,land urbanization is lagging behind population urbanization.At the acceleration stage,land urbanization is close to population urbanization.In the deceleration stage,land urbanization is approaching/ahead of population urbanization.From 90s to 2010,the rapid expansion of urban land is of positive significance for the phased catch-up of population urbanization.(3)At present,there are great differences in the coordination between population urbanization and land urbanization.The eastern region due to the large population and the continued inflow of city land expansion leads to the lag of population urbanization is still ahead of the 10 years or so,the central,Western and northeastern regions with the similar basic coordination of human towns,but need to pay attention to the land urbanization sustainable fast development,especially in the northeast region in recent years in the net outflow of population under the background of the rapid expansion of urban land,should carry out appropriate control,avoid excessive urbanization of land after the population urbanization leads to the relationship between the two new coordination;(4)The deceleration stage of China and the East,in the west,the northeast region of the four to promote population urbanization and land urbanization coordinated optimal difference scheme.At the national level,in the 4 scenarios of urban population development and land management and control,the 115m2 standard of per capita urban construction land and the peak level of urbanization of 80%are the best solutions to promote the coordinated development of the urbanization of people and towns.The eastern region,per capita urban construction with the urbanization level of peak 100m2 control standard,95%is to promote human urbanization at the deceleration stage coordinated optimal solution;the central region,the per capita urban construction with the urbanization level of peak 100m2 control standard,85%is to promote human urbanization in the deceleration stage coordination the optimal solution;the western region,per capita urban construction with the urbanization level of peak 115m2 control standard,70%is to promote human urbanization at the deceleration stage coordinated optimal;Northeast region,per capita town construction with the urbanization level of peak 115m2 control standard,80%is to promote human urbanization the deceleration stage coordination of optimal solution;(5)The development strategy of regional economy dominated by different periods of China's population is East,West,northeast four area The main reasons for the difference in the coordination relationship between urbanization and the stage of land urbanization.
