With the continuous reform of higher education in China,the employment market of graduate students has changed from the initial seller's market to the buyer's market.In this process,the employment problem of graduate students has gradually emerged.The enrollment scale of graduate students is expanding,the number of graduate students is increasing,while the demand for job market is relatively stable,which makes the graduate students' employment competition very fierce.In recent ten years,graduate students have become the backbone of the national talent reserve system.Their employment satisfaction is not only related to the degree of individual value,but also to the perception of the social value system in the future,and the sustainable development of social stability.Therefore,how to improve the satisfaction of graduate students' employment and help them realize their own value in their jobs has aroused great attention from all walks of life and has become one of the important social problems that need to be solved in our country.On the basis of combing the research achievements and progress of scholars at home and abroad,this paper sums up the related theories of career expectation and employment satisfaction,and uses qualitative and quantitative analysis methods,The research object are the employing postgraduates and the employed postgraduates.Through the questionnaire survey to obtain the first hand research data,in order to explore the influence mechanism of the career expectation of the graduate students on employment satisfaction,as well as the group difference of the job expectation of the graduate student of prepare employment and graduate students who have been employed.Based on the original data of 310 prospective the graduate student of prepare employment and 300 graduate students who have been employed,the data were analyzed by SPSS22.0.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)The career expectation of the employing postgraduates has great deviation between career expectation and reality,and the expectations for salary and welfare are too high.(2)Most the employed postgraduates are neutral or dissatisfied with employment satisfaction,and pay more attention to the realization of intrinsic value dimension.(3)The career expectations of the employedpostgraduates have a significant positive impact on employment satisfaction.Through the interaction analysis,obtain sex,profession,birthplace and the prestige dimension has interaction effect on job satisfaction,sex,birthplace and the intrinsic value dimension has interaction effect on job satisfaction,sex,birthplace and career expectation has interaction effect on job satisfaction.(4)Comparing and analyzing the differences in the work unit type,factors of concern in career choice,career plans,prestige dimension,internal value dimension and external value dimension of the employing postgraduates and the employed postgraduates.(1)In the type of work unit,the employed postgraduates is more willing to go to the institution,and the employing postgraduates is more willing to go to the state-owned enterprise;(2)On the factors of concern of the career choice,the employed postgraduates consider whether the job is with the profession or not,and the employing postgraduates pay more attention to provide better welfare for the job;(3)In the career plan,more the employing postgraduates is to take the current career as a long-term career and not plan to jump in the short term;(4)In the position prestige dimension,the employing postgraduates is more concerned than the employed postgraduates is "easy to succeed in the post";(5)In the intrinsic value dimension,the employed postgraduates most pay attention to the fairness and justice in the work,the employing postgraduates is to give full play to their abilities;(6)In the external value dimension,more the employing postgraduates pay attention to "can provide the opportunity to receive education".
