| With the rapid development of China's society and economy and the increasing living standards, people have a new understanding of physical exercise, enhancing physical consciousness, so sports public service also has been more needs.In recent years, Kaifeng municipal government is also actively promoting the national fitness program and strengthen the construction of public sports service system,which effectively improve the supply capacity of Kaifeng City sports public service, but from the point of view of the venues and facilities, sports information services and fitness project type, the situation is still unable to meet the needs people on the growing demand.In order to better meet the needs of the residents demand for public services of sports, and build a strong sports city, this paper is based on the needs of sports public service, from the demand for sports information, sports facilities, sports events, physique monitoring, sports guidance, sports policies and regulations, public sports service organization.I do a survey in five districts of residents of Kaifeng City.And use the method of literature, questionnaire, mathematical statistics, logical analysis to study. In view of their demand for sports public service characteristics, puts forward corresponding suggestions and countermeasures, in order to better meet the needs of residents and further improve the overall level of Kaifeng sports public service.It is found that the demand situation of Kaifeng city residents of the public sports service is mainly reflected in the following points: first, the residents of Kaifeng city have the main access to sports information through television and network.Second, the city residents exercise mainly in the square or park, public sports venues, their own yard or indoor and other free places. Third, residents like ball games, chess, dancing, gymnastics,while the martial art of Tai Chi and water and ice movement due to the influence by residents age and hobbies, and demand is not high.Fourth, as for physical fitness assessment, establishing the physical file, before and after exercise body monitoring physique monitoring projects residents demand high and for other physical monitoring of projects due to less personal contact, resulting in the demand is not high. Fifth, Kaifeng city residents of sports technology, physical fitness monitoring, fitness program guide the higher demand, which shows that the urban residents of Kaifeng City need the actual physical exercise guidance.Sixth,as to policies and regulations, Kaifeng city residents are mostly concentrated on sports culture, physical education, social sports, etc.. Seventh, Kaifeng city residents need spontaneous group fitness, fitness community organizations, members of the public fitness club organization public sports organization demand a high degree, and to some members of fitness clubs demand lowly.Through the analysis of the relationship between Kaifeng city residents sports public service demand and satisfaction, we can draw the conclusions: Kaifeng city residents sports public service demand and satisfaction showed a significant negative correlation. Kaifeng city residents are more satisfied with the demand of the lower degree, and the lower the demand satisfaction degree is higher.To further meet the needs of urban residents in Kaifeng sports public service measures are: first, increase funding and invest more money tot build and improve free sports venue and equipment.Second, strengthen the construction of sports organizations and improve service quality; third, strengthen the physical monitoring service and improve the system monitoring system;Fourth, train more sports fitness instructor and strengthen the fitness guidance; fifth, using modern technology to broaden the sports information dissemination means ways; sixth, to carry out a variety of sports, and broaden the residents form of exercise.
