| With the progress of "healthy China",the status of school physical education is gradually rising,which has become an important way to cultivate teenagers' physical exercise habits and enhance the physical fitness of students.In this context,the teaching quality of physical education class also needs to comply with the requirements of the times,make breakthrough changes,break the traditional routine physical education class,jump out of the strange circle of gnawing old,and open a new situation of physical education class and actively respond to national policies and guidelines.This paper uses the methods of literature,questionnaire,field investigation and reflection research to investigate the physical education classroom of junior middle school in Suzhou.It summarizes the current situation of the development of the physical education classroom in middle school,the teaching materials,the teaching methods and models,the core quality of physical education,the physical education examination and the experience of foreign physical education courses,and writes a summary.This paper makes a reflective study on the components of the physical education classroom teaching in Suzhou junior middle school,such as classroom planning,classroom teaching objectives,classroom teaching materials(indoor and outdoor),classroom teaching subjects(students,physical education teachers)and classroom teaching methods and makes a scientific outlook on the future development of the physical education classroom in Suzhou junior middle school,and the results are as follows:1.Suzhou junior middle school physical education classroom planning canactively adapt to local policies,but it is not effective in linking up national policies;classroom planning is lack of long-term planning,classroom teaching continuity is poor,resulting in learning fault phenomenon.2.The examination oriented PE class ignores the students' needs,which leads to the deviation of students' cognition of sports;PE homework is an effective means to help students form the habit of physical exercise,but students pay less attention to it.3.The outdoor physical education classroom teaching materials mainly focus on the physical examination items,lack of diversity;the indoor theory class hours are few,students' grasp of the basic knowledge and methods of physical education can not meet the national standards.4.In physical education classroom teaching,students should be the main body,but in daily teaching,the physical education examination has become the main body of the classroom.Attend to trifles to the neglect of essentials.5.Physical education teachers recognize the new teaching methods and try to apply them to classroom teaching,but they are restricted by many factors in the process of applying theory to practice.6.It is suggested to follow the learning rules of students,clarify the basic sports ability of physical education,implement the system of PE teachers following the class,and improve the teaching coherence.Highlight the main position of students,use high-tech achievements,build smart sports class,and increase the possibility of sports class.We should innovate the teaching materials of physical education,highlight the characteristics of the times,set up martial arts class,pay attention to students' mental health,give full play to the advantages of teachers' team and cultivate students' team spirit.Deepen the sports experience in class,enhance the desire for sports;extend the extracurricular class,cultivate students' sports habits.Organically combine the school discipline system to enrich the physical education classroom. |
