Research purposes:to understand the prevention and control effect of physical exercise on children and adolescents' myopia,to explore the influence of classroom physical exercise with removal on children's eyesight, and to find out the physical exercise methods which are beneficial to students' visual function and improve and promote it.By enriching the physical education classroom teaching and integrating it into the school physical education teaching,we can stimulate children's interest in sports activities, cultivate their habit of participating in sports, improve their enthusiasm for participation, and improve the utilization rate of physical education,so as to achieve better intervention and promote the development of children and adolescents' eyesight, and improve the current situation of myopia.Research methods:1.Literature research method,to understand the research status of myopia related to children and adolescents and the improvement of vision of children and adolescents by sports intervention at home and abroad.2.Experimental method:the first grade students(79 students in two classes)of dongshan experimental primary school in Suzhou were selected as the experimental group and the control group, including 43 students in the experimental group and 36 people in the control group. In the process of 15 months of experimental intervention, the experimental group was given a time series design with removal processing, and the experimental intervention was carried out on the classroom physical exercise.According to the physical education teaching goal of the first grade students, the physical exercise activities that make the students see or see the visual target in the physical exercise are selected.Four times a week for 20 minutes, the control group participated in the routine physical education teaching content, the other conditions were the same as the experimental group.Static and dynamic visual acuity were measured with standard light box type "e" visual acuity chart and dynamic visual acuity instrument.3.Interview,a basic psychological research method to understand the psychology and behavior of the interviewees through face-to-face conversation between the interviewers and the interviewees. Before and during the experimental research, discuss the teaching content with relevant professionals such as teachers of physical education teaching and research group to obtain the best experimental scheme.4.Mathematical statistics, using SPSS 22.0 statistical software to process all the data, giving up the samples with abnormal data and using the mean soil standard deviation to describe the counting data.Results:1.There was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in the initial dynamic visual acuity and the initial static visual acuity(P>0.05);2.After 15 months of classroom physical exercise with removal, the dynamic vision of the experimental group was significantly improved and better than that of the control group(P<0.05)The improvement was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).During the experiment, the visual acuity of the experimental group was better than that of the control group, and the trend was better than that of the control group. The visual acuity of children in the experimental intervention stage was better than that in the experimental removal stage(P<0.05).Conclusion:physical exercise with visual task can improve the static vision level of children and adolescents, and play a certain role in the prevention and treatment of myopia.Children and adolescents can effectively exercise their ciliary muscles and improve their ciliary muscle regulation function in sports activities with visual tasks,so as to improve dynamic vision and then affect static vision.
