Purpose:The study was selected three different ways of breathing, namely, two ways of calm breathing and tempering:Inner-power and One-Finger Zen in deep breathing and fitness exercises common in everyday life. The VTS psychological test system was used to conduct the attention test, and the changes of the three dimensions of attention after the intervention of these three breathing modes were compared. This study focuses on analysis and analysis of the impact of college students' attention on attention, providing theoretical and experimental basis for attention training. Methods:The study was randomly selected students 24 experimental subjects(male:age22.42±2.50 yr,height 173.92±4.83cm,weight 70.67±6.43 kg;female:age 23.00±2.13 yr,height 163.25±5.79cm,weight 53.33±4.81kg).Using the Vienna Psychological Test System(VTS),three dimensions of attention were tested:attention maintenance, attention span, attention distribution, and analysis of differences in attention between subjects after different respiratory interventions. In this study, three types of respiratory interventions were selected:natural breathing in the calm state, deep breathing in the in situ, and internal stimulation. The order of the three respiratory interventions was randomly arranged, and the subjects were guaranteed to rest adequately before each test. Each subject was tested in three sessions, each time testing only one dimension of attention.Data result analysis was performed using a combination of Microsoft Excel 2013 and spss 17.0 statistical software. In this study,The non-parametric test of multiple related samples in the non-parametric test method of the relevant sample was used to compare the changes of the various dimensions of attention after the three breathing modes of natural breathing, deep breathing and internal stimulation. The test level is ?=0.05.Results:(1)In the attention-maintaining ability, the differences in the attention-maintaining ability of the subjects after three different breathing modes were statistically significant(P<0.05),and the attention-maintaining ability after deep breathing intervention was better. In the calm breathing(P<0.05);the internal strength of the finger after the intervention of Zen meditation intervention is better than the calm breathing(P<0.05);while the deep breathing and internal strength refers to the Zen meditation. In contrast to the indicators of attention-maintaining ability, the key stimulating correct response and the average response time of key stimuli are better than deep breathing after intervention by internal strength and meditation, and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05),and the difference between the total number of key stimuli and the number of errors was not statistically significant(P>0.05).(2)In the attention distribution ability, after the intervention of three different breathing modes, the difference of the indicators in the attention distribution ability of the subjects was statistically significant(P<0.05),and after the three breathing modes were intervened, attention was paid.In the comparison of force distribution ability, the inner strength refers to the Zen adjustment and the calm breathing method. The internal strength refers to the high level of attention maintenance ability in the Zen adjustment mode, except for the indicator of the attention distribution test. The single-peak visual average miss response time PR value(percentilerank)is a more common norm earlier than the standard score. It is not necessary to understand the statistical changes. It is customary to rank the poor grades. The calculated percentile of the sample scores was not statistically significant(P>0.05),and the other indicators were statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the mode of breathing, the deep breathing and the calm breathing mode have higher attention distribution ability after deep breathing intervention, and the difference of the PR value of the audio-visual cross-reaction time in the attention distribution index is not statistically significant(P>0.05),and the remaining PRs Value differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the two breathing modes of deep breathing and internal strength, the subject has a high ability to assign attention after adjusting for the inner strength and the zen,and the difference in the PR value of the average missed response time in the attention distribution has Statistical significance(P<0.05),the other differences in the test indicators were not statistically significant(P>0.05).(3)In the attention span ability, the differences in the ability of the peripheral power of the subjects in the peripheral stimulation and the central stimulation after the three different breathing modes were not statistically significant.(P>0.05).Conclusion:(1)Different breathing patterns have an impact on attention maintenance and attention distribution ability.(2)After deep breathing and Inner-power and One-Finger Zen intervention, attention maintenance and attention distribution ability are better than calm breathing.(3)After the intervention of Inner-power and One-Finger Zen,the attention-maintaining and attention-distributing ability is higher than that after deep breathing intervention.
