Research On The Current Situation And Countermeasures Of Campus Football Teacher Training In Xiangxi District

To revitalize the country,we must practice education;To promote education,we must train teachers.Since the 18 th national congress of the communist party of China(CPC),the relevant government departments have issued a series of relevant policies to promote the vigorous development of campus football in China,mainly in the aspect of post-service continuing education for PE teachers.Therefore,it is necessary to study the current situation of campus football teacher training,find out the existing problems and deficiencies,explore the factors affecting the training of campus football teachers,and put forward strategies to promote the development of campus football.Through consulting a large number of literature and reading books,the author finds that there is relatively little research on football teachers or football teacher training at the present stage.Therefore,the study on the current situation of campus football teacher training in xiangxi district is aimed at promoting the improvement of the training level of campus football teachers in "national training plan".In this paper,by using the literature material method,questionnaire survey,on-the-spot investigation method,interview method,and the methods of mathematical statistics,to participate in xiangxi area jishou university campus football teacher training of teachers,the main research contents for sending the basic present situation,the participant Cheng Xun unit situation,the problems existing in the training and the training problem put forward relevant countermeasures.The results show that:1.The current situation of campus football teacher training in jishou university is mainly analyzed from the basic situation of participating teachers,course training contents,training methods,teachers of the training units,management of the training units and training results.The gender ratio of teachers participating in the training is seriously out of balance,the age structure is reasonable,the educational level is generally high,the teaching age is more than 10 years,the title of grade 3 and grade 2 in the majority;The training contents are mainly basic theory,teaching design,teaching materials and teaching methods,and the training forms are mainly expert lectures,case discussion,observation practice,group discussion and participatory experience.2.The deficiencies of the training are mainly reflected in the following aspects:the training objective is not clear enough,the training object selection is not strict enough,the training content is not targeted enough,the training time is not reasonable enough,the teachers of the training unit need to be strengthened,the training method isboring and single,and the training assessment system is not perfect.3.In view of the above problems,the development countermeasures are put forward.Reasonable overall planning and selection by relevant departments;Reasonably divide the class according to the football foundation of the training object;The training content should be consistent with the teachers participating in the training;Arrange training time reasonably;Flexible use of various forms of training;To formulate reasonable assessment methods and establish a scientific and rigorous assessment and evaluation system.
