Teacher-student relationship is the interpersonal relationship formed in education and teaching,which is composed of teachers and students.In the history of China,there are abundant thoughts about respecting teachers and establishing equal teacher-student relationship.Confucius was the first to establish a private school.He advocated that there should be no one to teach but no one to teach.In the process of teaching,he exchanged ideas with his disciples on an equal footing,forming a teacher-student relationship of Confucius school that "one should not yield to the teacher".The jixia school of learning,which accommodates teachers' lectures,emphasizes the education of respecting teachers.Based on the analysis of the characteristics of the school and the principles of learning—the scope and content of dizizhi,it can be seen that dizizhi only unilaterally requires students to respect teachers,without any requirements on students'studies,let alone requirements on the conditions of being a teacher.The related records of Confucius and xunzi's teaching activities will show that Confucius has noticed that teachers play a positive role in the construction of teacher-student relationship,so he advocates the construction of an equal teacher-student relationship.Xunzi,who had been studying in jixia for "offering wine",also realized the role of teachers in the society at that time and the position they should occupy,and had specific requirements for the conditions of being a teacher.Taking "the disciple"as the basis of the construction of the relationship between teachers and students of the pre-qin period system,and demonstrates the relationship between teachers and students in the spring and autumn annals,the academy,the authority of the education of future generations are all directly or indirectly influenced by "the disciple",at the same time,based on the angle of modern social development,"the disciple"for scientific analysis and inheritance.
