A Practical Study On Vocational Skills Upgrading For New Nursing Workers

In recent years,the number of disabled people in China has increased gradually,and the demand for nursing workers has also expanded.However,due to the limitation of subjective and objective factors such as low professional level and complex and varied work contents,the new nursing workers are faced with many difficulties in improving their professional skills and are unable to be competent for the heavy nursing work.Therefore,this paper takes the improvement of the new nursing workers' vocational skills as a research topic,in order to enhance their vocational skills and post competence,and to provide experience for relevant practical research.This paper adopts questionnaire,interview and participation observation to collect practical research information,through the analysis of survey data,it can be concluded that the skill problems of the service subjects are mainly reflected in three aspects:life care,basic care and psychological support,and then according to the problems of the service objects design,implement,and evaluate program activities,and carry on periodical appraisal summary.Finally,this paper draws the following research conclusions:the group interaction mode has certain adaptability in the occupational skills of new nursing workers,and the intervention of group working method improves the occupational skills of new nursing workers to a certain extent.However,there are also shortcomings in the substantive activities of group work:more content but limited time;few resources are linked and integrated,and social support networks are weak;the ability of social workers to use practical skills needs to be improved.In this regard,this paper puts forward corresponding practical suggestions:providing respite service;fully link and integrate resources to build a good social support network;to improve the practical skills of social workers.On the arrangement of research content,firstly,the research background and project content are briefly summarized,and the research results related to nursing workers are reviewed.Then we design a questionnaire and an interview outline to investigate the occupational skills of 25 new nursing workers in H nursing home in Suzhou,find the existing problems,analyze the causes of the problems and the improvement direction of the problems,design the program of group activity accordingly,carry out the practical activities of the new nursing workers' vocational skills improvement team and and to evaluate and summarize the practical contents of each stage in the implementation process from three aspects of the team,team members and the application of social workers' skills.Finally,after the end of the group,the evaluation criteria are used to evaluate the process and results of the group,then we summary the results and deficiencies of the practical study,and try to put forward practical suggestions to improve the vocational skills of new nursing workers by using the interactive group.
