“High school education focuses on College Entrance Examination while vocational education focuses on skill competition”.This is the requirement of the education sector in China for the connotation construction of vocational education(especially secondary vocational education)in the new era.As an integral part of vocational education,vocational skill competition is not only an effective way to test the current education reform of secondary vocational schools,but also a measure of the level of secondary vocational schools.Therefore,vocational skill competition is a booster for deepening teaching reform,strengthening school-enterprise cooperation,and innovating talents training in secondary vocational schools.The training of skill competition talents is an extremely important part of the talent training system of secondary vocational schools.At present,there are many problems in the process of cultivating talents in vocational skill competitions in secondary vocational schools in China,such as the lack of a wide audience,low recognition,and imperfect security mechanisms.In view of this,this paper attempts to make a new attempt on how to build a talent training model for vocational skill competitions in secondary vocational schools.On the basis of reviewing the status quo of research at home and abroad,and presenting relevant concepts and theoretical basis,this paper comprehensively combs the significance and role of vocational skill competitions in the training of secondary vocational schools,the characteristics and requirements of vocational skill competitions in secondary vocational schools,and secondary vocational schools,the type of school vocational skill competition,etc.Subsequently,I went deep into the Ningbo Secondary School J School to conduct a more comprehensive survey of the current situation of the skills competition of the J school accounting profession among students,teachers and parents.On this basis,the basic principles of training talents in vocational skill competitions in secondary vocational schools are preliminarily established,the basic elements and mutual relations of the training modes of vocational skill competitions are clarified,and the training mode of vocational skill competition in secondary vocational schools is reconstructed.There are a number of countermeasures and suggestions for the training of vocational skill competition talents.The specific content is mainly composed of the following three parts.The first part,from the significance and role of vocational skill competition to the training of talents in secondary vocational schools,elaborates on the characteristics,requirements and types of vocational skill competitions in secondary vocational schools.In the second part,students,teachers and parents of the accounting major of Ningbo J School were selected to conduct a comprehensive survey and analysis of the current situation of skill competition through questionnaires and interviews.On the basis of clarifying the principle of talent training in skill competition,the third part sorts out the relationship between the elements and elements of the vocational skill competition talent training mode in secondary vocational schools,and then puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to promote the training of vocational skill competition talents,including Fully understand the role of skill competition in the training of skilled personnel;Schools,enterprises,and families work together to promote the growth of skills competition talents;The government set up and guide to promote the training of talents in vocational skills competitions.
