The thesis mainly analysis through the status of professional training which migrant countryside worker attended, finds out the existing problems during the management. It studied the issues and submitted the final solution, which aim to provide the actual statistics data and reference information to related management department, further promoting the actual implement of the specific project and also discuss the issues of professional technique training for the transformation and development of industry in Guangzhou, senior engineer team building, improve the employment opportunity of migrant workers in Guangzhou and so on. The thesis is divided into four parts, which including brief introduction of professional skill training management of migrant countryside worker, management system, analysis of current management status and find out the solution of the existence problems...etc. The majority data of this thesis comes from "Guangdong labor insurance service software system" running by Guangzhou Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau. The data of training from2010to2012is used in the article. The brief introduction of professional skill training shows us the basic working procedure, it divides the management targets into student and appointed training institution, describes the training through great deal of charts. The status of student is counted by6items which are age, sex, education background, venue of household register, type of work training and levels according to trans-provincial countryside workers and "double transformation" countryside labors. There are vertical analyses by years and horizontal compare of the two big categories in the analysis. It found the preliminary development regular pattern of migrant countryside labor professional skill training. The situation and the function of appointed training institution. The situation of the appointed training institution is assembled and analyzed by4contents including property of company, quantity of vacant position, new profession items by petition put on record and practical training status. This thesis sum up the current training status, found out the existed problems by the analysis results of two management target. The management system described the reason, structure, process and principle of management by charts. The analysis of current status of management describes how the work is, assembling information from daily telephone random feedback results, live interview and regular meeting, collects and finds out the majority problems which involved3aspects:training target, appointed training institution and management institution. This thesis submitted5solution ways according to the above3aspects:enhance construction of the system, carry out survey investigation regularly, establish operation model by the third party, promoting precise management skills and insist constant education.
