The standard of Ideological and political course in senior high school(2017 Edition)points out that the improvement of students' core quality is the goal of the course.As the final achievement of the curriculum goal,it needs to be implemented into the specific classroom teaching.However,the design of the current classroom teaching objectives has not yet responded to the requirements of the core literacy of the discipline.How to promote the implementation of the core literacy of the discipline in the actual teaching objective design has become an important problem to be solved.First of all,through sorting out the concepts related to teaching objectives,the relationship between teaching objective design and core quality of the discipline and the importance of teaching objective design for the implementation of core quality of the discipline are clarified.Secondly,through interviews and questionnaires,the political teachers of the front-line high school have done information collection on the current situation of teaching goal design,and consulted some cases of teaching goal design in the process of investigation.According to the survey data and related research results,it is found that in the context of the gradual implementation of the core quality of the discipline,high school political teachers have encountered many puzzles and problems in the design of teaching objectives,such as:the understanding of teaching objectives is not comprehensive,the design ideas of teaching objectives are not clear,relatively unified and standardized teaching objectives description strategies and methods have not been formed,and The evaluation method of teaching objectives is single and so on.Then,the causes of these puzzles and problems can be divided into the internal quality reasons of teachers and the external condition reasons of teachers.Finally,in view of these puzzles and problems faced by high school political teachers,this paper attempts to put forward corresponding rescue strategies and methods for high school political teachers from four aspects:the improvement of high school political teachers' quality,the overall creation of teaching objectives,the hierarchical description of teaching objectives and the comprehensive evaluation of teaching objectives.At present,high school classroom teaching is in the transition stage from"three-dimensional goal" to "subject core literacy".In this stage,the design of teaching goal should take into account the cohesion and creativity.Through the systematic design of teaching goal,we can not only inherit the precious experience of the last round of curriculum reform,but also more actively respond to the challenges brought by the new round of curriculum reform.
