In order to build our country into a socialist modern power,we must give priority to the development of education,and the position of teachers in education is the most important.Back in the past,the Chinese civilization,which was re-taught by teachers,has a long history,and the feudal rulers of the past dynasties have regarded teachers as a model of morality and learning,and "the heavens and earths are pro-teachers",which is a true portrayal of the status of ancient teachers.Based on the present,since the 18th National Congress of the Party,the construction of our country's teachers' ranks has been deepened,and the Party and the state attach great importance to the work of teachers to educate people.In September 2018,At the National Education Congress,Xi further proposed that "teachers should be given political,social and professional status",and that a good culture of respect for teachers should be formed in the whole society,giving teachers more sense of access,happiness and honor.This paper is a special study on the construction of the national honor system of teachers in our country,through research to find the construction path of teachers' national honor system.The research focuses on the analysis of theory,and focuses on the necessity and feasibility of constructing the national honor system of teachers in our country,that is,through the interpretation of the series strategy of the powerful teachers,the practice of teacher honor in various places and the feedback analysis of the first-line teachers,and strive to combine practice with theory.This article is divided into five parts:The first part,the introduction,is the social transition period of respect for teachers,strong teachers related to the background note,mainly to improve the status of teachers,optimize the construction of teachers and other practical issues,and then put forward the main framework of this study and research methods and research methods,ideas and related issues of this study such as the overall trend of teacher honor research;The basic theoretical research of honor system and the research of teacher incentive mechanism and other relevant literature are analyzed and reviewed.The second part,the connotation of teachers' national honor system and the theoretical basis of the overview.Mainly from the theoretical point of view to define the honor and honor system,teacher honor and teachers of the national honor system related to the core concept connotation and characteristics,as well as try to carry out the functional analysis of the national honor system of teachers,for this research to establish a correct conceptual system and analysis framework.The third part,the historical development of the teacher honor system and the status quo.This is the historical combing and realistic analysis of the teacher honor system that has been implemented in this study,mainly objectively analyzes the practice and characteristics of teacher honor system in our country,and lays a realistic foundation for the path idea of constructing the teacher's national honor system.The fourth part is the necessity and feasibility analysis of establishing the national honor system of teachers.This is the focus of this study,mainly the use of incentive theory,the new public administration theory analysis to build the internal mechanism of teachers' national honor system.That is,from the national strategy,the construction of teachers' ranks,the teachers' honor system on the basis of perfect and realistic public opinion,the necessity and feasibility of constructing the teacher's national honor system in the new period.The fifth part,the realization path of the teacher's national honor system.According to the analysis of the evolution,realistic view and necessity of teachers' honor system in the previous chapter,the implementation path of constructing teacher's national honor system is put forward from the aspects of general idea,basic principles,specific content and safeguard measures.
