Picture books are publicly recognized by the world as the most suitable books for young children to read.Picture-reading books have greatly improved children's logical thinking ability,language ability,aesthetic judgment,imagination and creativityWith the constant attention paid to early childhood education,the education department has also put forward some development requirements.The basic requirements are to strengthen research,constantly innovate teaching methods,reform teaching mode,actively research and develop and introduce new teaching methods and technologies.Faced with this environment,the advantage of picture book reading activities in early childhood education has been highlighted,which has attracted the attentions of preschool teachers,so picture book reading activities have become one of the important activities modes in kindergarten education.In this study,a combination of literature analysis,interview method,investigation method,content analysis method was used to collect and sort out the relevant literature and data,and to analyze and summarize the relevant research results and current situation.Based on the field investigation of the current situation of picture book reading activities in S kindergarten in Wuhan,the following major problems were found in the current implementation situation of this kindergarten:1.It is easy for kindergarten teachers to confuse the connotation and characteristics of picture books with the concept of ordinary picture books;2.Kindergarten teachers do not have clear pertinence in the plan,goal and content design of picture book reading activities.3.Due to the lack of effective design and implementation,picture reading activities usually fall into the multiple misunderstandings of literacy reading type,purely telling stories type and without guidance type.4.The picture reading activities lack of effective activity extension.Therefore,under the important meaning of picture book reading activities in promoting young children's development,it is necessary to optimize the design and implementation of current picture book reading activities so as to fully and effectively play its role in the teaching.For this purpose,the research topic of this article "Research on the design and implementation of picture booking activities in kindergartens" and the thoughts of the paper and problems to be solved are determined.The analysis and research are carried out around the issues of "How to carefully design picture book reading activities" and "How to effectively implement picture book reading activities".Based on the in-depth study of the picture reading activities and the analysis of actual cases,the corresponding countermeasures are proposed to solve the currently existing problems.The research content of this study consists of four parts as follows:The first part is the emergence and presentation of problems,literature review and analysis,research ideas and research methods,the definition and discrimination of relevant concepts.The second part is to understand the current situation of picture reading activities in kindergartens through the investigation of Wuhan S kindergarten,and analyze the problems existed in the design of picture book reading activities in kindergartens.The third part is to explore,analyze and summarize problems with the action research.The fourth part is to optimize the design and implementation of picture book reading activities and provide effective countermeasures.
