Vocational education is an important part of national education system,which is related to educational equity,talent supply of enterprises and society,national economic development and social stability.In order to improve the quality of vocational education and meet the national and social demand for skilled talents,Hubei province initiated and implemented the skill national college entrance examination policy in 2011.The skill college entrance examination breaks through the mode of the regular college entrance examination and adopts the examination mode with the skill examination as the main part and the culture examination as the auxiliary part.It tries to build an "overpass bridge" of communication between secondary vocational education and higher vocational education,vocational education and general education,providing a new way of talent training for secondary vocational students,and broadening the channels for secondary vocational students to study.Therefore,it is of great significance for the development of vocational education and the optimization of China's public policy system to analyze China's vocational education skills college entrance examination policy,explore the existing problems of the current policy and make the policy more perfect.From the perspective of public policy analysis,this paper,based on the research and analysis of the policies of vocational education and skills college entrance examination in Hubei province at home and abroad,starts from the satisfaction of secondary vocational students with the policies of skills college entrance examination in Hubei province,with the purpose of investigating the implementation effect of skills college entrance examination policies.This paper adopts questionnaire survey method to analyze the degree of satisfaction of secondary vocational students with the policy of Hubei provincial college entrance examination on the content,implementation and impact of the policy,and then summarizes the problems and their causes in the content,implementation and supervision of the policy of Hubei provincial skill college entrance examination.Finally,the paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to optimize the policy content,improve the hardware and software facilities for the implementation of the policy,and improve the policy supervision mechanism,so as to continuously develop and improve the Hubei provincial college entrance examination policy.
