Research On Relationship Between Family Support And Emotional Ability Of Children Aged 4-6 Years

Abstract/Summary:
In recent years,children’s emotional management ability has been paid more and more attention by researchers and the public.How to improve the ability of preschool children’s emotional management has become the front issue of children’s psychology.As an important activity place of preschool children,family is an important social factor affecting children’s emotional management ability.In order to understand the influence of family support on preschool children’s emotional management ability,this study takes 4-6 children in Henan Province as the research object to explore the relationship between family support and children’s emotional management ability.In this study,the questionnaire on children’s emotional management ability compiled by wu jiayu and the adapted questionnaire on preschool children’s family support were used to conduct a questionnaire survey on 505 teachers and parents of children aged 4-6 in kindergartens in 6 regions of henan province.Some parents who participated in the questionnaire survey were interviewed.The results show that:1.In terms of family support,the family support of children aged 4-6 is better,and the family support and its various dimensions have significant differences in urban and rural areas,while there are no significant differences in children’s gender,age,health status and gender.2.In terms of emotional management ability: the emotional management ability of 4-6 years old children is generally good.The overall emotional management ability and its various dimensions have significant differences in the physical health status and personality of children,but there are no differences in gender,urban and rural areas.In terms of age,there were differences in the two dimensions of emotional perception ability and emotional application ability,while there were no significant differences in emotional control ability.3.The relationship between family support and children’s emotional management ability.(1)The family support of preschool children is significantly correlated with the total score of children’s emotional management ability and various dimensions.(2)Game support in family support can positively and significantly predict children’s emotional management ability and its various dimensions.According to the above research results,this study puts forward corresponding Suggestions for educators :(1)establish a scientific concept of family support and improve family support ability;(2)correctly understand and improve children’s emotional management ability;(3)attach importance to game support and promote the development of children’s emotional management ability.
