In 2001,my country officially launched the eighth basic education curriculum reform.This reform is a comprehensive reform aimed at basic education and an inevitable choice for advancing the process of quality education in my country.In this context,many schools have put the reform emphasis on the reform of classroom teaching models,challenged the traditional classroom,and practiced the national curriculum reform concept with action.During the period,many excellent curriculum reform pioneer schools explored innovation,and when implementing the national basic education curriculum reform guidelines,combined with their own characteristics,they explored new classroom teaching models with their own characteristics.Xushi Middle School in Junshan District,Yueyang City,Hunan Province is one of the models of the curriculum reform school.In 2007,Xushi Middle School took the initiative to launch a curriculum reform pilot.After several years of practical exploration,it explored a unique teaching mode that fits its own characteristics-the "five-ring progressive" classroom teaching mode.The reform with this classroom teaching model as the starting point has brought about a huge change for this school: the successful transformation of a backward rural junior middle school into a famous model school for curriculum reform in Mingzhen.This paper sorts out the research trends of classroom teaching reform at home and abroad through literature,summarizes and analyzes the course of Xu Shi middle school's successful promotion of curriculum reform from the perspective of pedagogy and management,and in-depth understanding of Xu Shi middle school courses through in-depth interviews,on-site observation and other research methods The way of reform is to present the effect of curriculum reform from three aspects: classroom,teacher,and student,analyze the motivation and pressure mechanism of curriculum reform in depth,and present the practice of classroom teaching reform in Xushi Middle School.Based on research,the reasons for the success of the classroom teaching reform in Xushi Middle School are deeply explored: leadership is the key,teachers are the fundamental,concepts are the core,management is the basis,teaching and research are the shortcuts,and the scientific teacher evaluation mechanism is the endogenous motivation.In particular,any kind of education and teaching mode has its own adaptability to environment,timing and scope.When schools practice classroom teaching mode,they should adapt to local conditions and time,and cannot apply it mechanically.At the same time,a good teaching model should be based on the classroom,and keep pace with the times in the practice and exploration of the core literacy era.The reform of classroom teaching in Xushi Middle School is a sample of the deepening of quality education reform in the field of rural grassroots education in China since the new century.Its successful experience has enlightenment to other rural schools that are trying to carry out curriculum reform and have difficulties in making breakthroughs.I hope this study will deepen reform The Xushi middle school at the stage provides exploration ideas and provides a fresh sample from a grassroots rural school for the reform of basic education curriculum.
