| The three-dimensional teaching objectives was designed to rectify the tendency of traditional teaching that teachers lay too much stress on knowledge,which is improved than the teaching aim before the reform of new curriculum.Among the research about how to design and implement the three-dimensional teaching objectives is vital to effective teaching.Today legal education in Ethics and the rule of law in our country,the research about how to design and implement the three-dimensional teaching objectives is always vital to improve the effect of legal class teaching,and strength students' practical legal education,and enhance teachers' professional development.But in practice,the legal teaching in class is failed to realize the implementation of the three-dimensional teaching objectives and the integration of the three-dimensional teaching objectives.The fails were manifested by the five forms: emphasis too much on the target of knowledge,impart too much on the traditional teaching,underestimate the target of process and approach,neglect the development of students' ability and emotional attitudes to law.So,the legal teaching is ineffective so far.The reason why to realize the implementation of the three-dimensional teaching objectives is failed,there are some reasons: teachers,students,courser resources,examination evaluation system,etc.But among it,the greatest responsibility should be taken by the teachers' professional teaching ability on how to design and implement the three-dimensional teaching objectives in Ethics and the rule of law.So I propose some coping tactics in order to help the teacher foster students' legal literacy in legal teaching class in Ethics and the rule of law.These tactics are as follows: the design of three-dimensional teaching objectives,the initiative of cooperative inquiry,achieving of emotional experience,the construction of multidimensional examination evaluation system,etc. |
