In recent years, the public's demand for the infrastructure of the sports industry was increased, and stadiums have entered a period of rapid construction and development.Due to the large amount of investment in sports venues, long payback periods, complex technical processes, and poor operation under the original government-led model, the healthy development of the sports venue industry is directly hindered. With the new round of PPP in my country in 2014,sports stadium projects based on the PPP model have also emerged. However, due to the complexity of the PPP model in practical applications and the lack of practical experience, the application process of the PPP model in the stadium industry In China, there are also various risks. This article first introduces the basic concepts of the PPP model, the PPP operation model of large stadiums and the theoretical basis of PPP risk management.Secondly,by consulting a large number of documents on the risk factors of PPP projects, establishing a risk factor checklist, specifically combining large-scale stadium projects, using expert investigation methods, screening non-critical risks and redundant risks in the risk list, forming a critical risk list, and The risk factors are further classified, and finally a risk index system for PPP projects of large sports venues is formed. In the risk assessment, this article uses expert survey method, analytic hierarchy process, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, etc.,to construct a risk assessment system, and applies it to the W large stadium PPP project.Through calculation,it is concluded that the project has a higher risk.Among them, construction risk, operation risk, and economic risk are important factors. Finally, according to the risk degree value, suggestions for risk response are put forward.
