Analysis Of Social Work Intervention Fact Adoption

The government has an important responsibility in the rescue of orphans and disabled children.According to relevant investigations,China's official welfare agencies have a severely insufficient adoption capacity for civilian orphans and disabled children,unable to afford a large number of orphans and disabled children.The fact that private individuals and organizations have adopted them for love has become an important part of helping orphans and disabled children in China.However,due to the long-term backwardness of China's adoption laws and the imperfection of related policies,de facto adoption behaviors face the dilemma of insufficient legality.In addition,they do not have the support of policies and funds,nor the guidance and supervision of professionals.The survival of these children is worrying.In view of the above-mentioned problems,from the perspective of social work,this article analyzes the causes of China's factual adoption from the perspective of adoption systems,adoption procedures,government supervision and the capacity of public welfare institutions from the perspective of Yuan Lihai and Li Lijuan's actual adoption behavior.At the same time,based on the interviews and observations of other civil fact adoption cases in China,it analyzes the status quo of the non-legal adoption of civil facts,the lack of specialization,the low degree of specialization,the lack of resources and the contradictory relationship with the government.Then it analyzes the problems of the adopted person and the adopted person.The focus of the article is on the necessity and feasibility analysis of social work involvement in factual adoption,and the possible goals that can be achieved are obtained.Finally,the thesis puts forward suggestions on social work intervention in fact adoption from three aspects:policy and law,construction of factual adoption and construction of social work itself.This research is a new exploration and challenge of social work intervention in the field of child adoption.It brings inspiring thinking for the intervention of social work in the field of fact adoption practice.The conclusion is drawn by analyzing the necessity and feasibility of social work intervention in fact adoption:Social work as a third-party institution plays an important role in promoting the resolution of civil factual adoption issues.This study provides a reference for jointly promoting the full coverage of the social assistance system for orphans and disabled children and promoting the tripartite cooperation between the government,civil society,and social work organizations.
