School informatization construction is a complex and systematic project, involving many important factors. Informatization leadership plays a very important role in the process of school informatization construction. In recent years, educational informatization leadership has become the focus of research in the fields of educational informatization. Researchers generally believe that the principal as the "number one" and "the leader of informatization technology" plays a decisive role in the school informatization construction. So people focus on principal informatization leadership. In the real work, the pressure principals face is growing. Traditionally, principals mostly manage school affairs, so principals are tired by administrative things and have to keep learning and thinking. In addition, principals’ personal informatization capabilities and personal informatization literacy often restrict the construction and application of school informatization, and school informatization do not have the capacity for sustainable development by solely relying on principals."The10-year development plan of educational informatization (2011-2020)" recently released by The Ministry of Education clearly put forward the concept of educational informatization leadership, this is to enhance and deepen the understanding of principle informatization leadership in the past. School informatization leadership is integrated by the leadership of the school educators, it should include the leadership of principals, school middle managers as well as all the teachers. Therefore, the thesis attempts to study the concept and compositions of school informatization leadership and explore the main connotations contained in each constituent to provide support of enhancing school informatization leadership.This thesis is divided into five parts. The first part is the introduction; this part mainly introduces the research background, the research purpose and the significance, the methods and the contents, the related definitions and the theoretical supports. And this part is to provide theoretical base by clearing the research’s problems and the basic ideas. The second part is a summary; it is to understand the research’s current situation of the school informatization leadership at home and abroad. The third part is to build a model for the informatization leadership on the basis of comparing the domestic information leadership and the foreign. The forth part is the constitution of the school informatization leadership, which contains principle informatization leadership, the school management team informatization leadership and the teacher informatization leadership and analyzes the meaning of them respectively to aim at the related theory of the school information leadership and takes example for the school informatization development. The fifth part is conclusion. It draws a conclusion of the school informatization leadership and summarizes conclusion of this thesis’s research, deficiency of the research and following studies.
