Research On The Impact Of Rural Sports Activities On Farmers' Lifestyle

The 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly put forward that "we should carry out nationwide fitness activities and accelerate the construction of a strong sports country".The importance of sports for a country is self-evident.The development of sports is more critical than ever.Sports activities are irreplaceable and distinctive,which can promote people's all-round development and form a healthy,scientific and civilized life style in the whole society.Sports activities make people's life style change.Through literature review,the paper defines the concept and characteristics of farmers,and expounds the structure,influencing factors and measurement methods of rural sports activities and farmers' lifestyle in detail.Then,on the basis of the analysis of the research status at home and abroad,this paper puts forward the model and hypothesis of empirical research,uses SPSS statistical software and related statistical methods to investigate the differences in demographic variables of farmers'participation in rural sports activities,and analyzes the relationship between rural sports activities and farmers' life style.According to the results of questionnaire survey and quantitative analysis,and based on the characteristics of rural sports activities and farmers themselves,this paper puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions to improve farmers' life style through rural sports activities.According to the conclusion of the study,we believe that in order to change the life style of farmers through sports activities,we must do several things:classify and guide,meet the different life styles of farmers;persevere,change the traditional labor style of farmers;cultivate the elegant spiritual life of farmers with the help of experience;change the skin and improve the noble life taste of farmers.
