Mathematics is a discipline characterized by rigorous,very strong logic,and the science can't develop without the assistance of mathematics.The mathematics classroom teaching is mainly based on curriculum standards,textbooks and students' differences This project is a practical study in areas where education is relatively backward,students'foundation is poor and overall quality is not high.Because most students are fearful of mathematics learning and have low interest in mathematics,it is difficult to improve their grades under such conditions.Therefore,we want to change the traditional teaching mode,through stratified teaching,stimulate students' interest in learning mathematics,and enhance their mathematical ability.According to the meaning of stratified teaching,the teachers in the school where the author teachers made an investigation of stratified teaching design in senior 2,using the Individualized Teaching Theory,Scaffolding Theory,the Multiple Intelligence,Theory and so on.Firstly,interviews are mainly used to understand the teaching situation of some teachers,including the introduction of classroom,knowledge construction,selection of examples,classroom capacity and other aspects.In the first stage of experiment,a teacher in the second grade our school was selected.Two classes he taught were taken as the research objects.One class was the experimental class and the other class was the control class.A two-month stratified teaching practice study was carried out.First,do a good job of ideological preparation for teachers,students and even parents before the experiment.Second,In the teaching design,the teaching content is stratified,including the degree of knowledge mastery,the explanation of examples and the arrangement of assignments.Third In the process of implementation,every student should be treated fairly and fairly,and stratified counseling should be done well.Finally By comparing the changes of the test scores before and after the experiment,the effects of stratified teaching on the students'mathematics learning in the experimental class and the control class were analyzed and compared.Based on the shortcomings of the stratified teaching design and the problems found in the first stage of experiment,the experimental group and the control group were re-added to carry out the second stage of experimental research.The study enlarged the scope and time of the experiment.Three experimental classes and three control classes were selected for half a year.This paper elaborates some specific optimization strategies from the aspects of students' stratification method,the stratification of teaching difficulty or teaching capacity,and the enrichment of stratified teaching evaluation methods.Through two experimental studies,it is proved that stratified teaching is effective.It not only improves the students' difficult situation of listening,but also greatly improves their interest in mathematics,so as to improve their mathematics performance.
