The compulsory education mathematics curriculum standards(2011 edition) "pointed out that" people learn valuable mathematics everybody can obtain the necessary mathematics,different people have different development in mathematics."[1] the traditional homework often is seen as "the extension of classroom teaching and supplement", "teaching supplement","strengthening" teaching, the teacher in the homework,homework is often unity, it will be good to consolidate the book knowledge, but ignored the development of students' individual character difference and ignore the function of homework of the other, resulting in students' learning interest is not high,lack of ability to learn, learning initiative is not strong,this violated the aim of quality education. Homework in order to improve the current layout of the above problems, we should first break unified layout, unified assessment of homework,layered homework design is to our current needs.Mathematical layered homework and integrating the concept of new curriculum reform and teaching practice, and according to their aptitude, recent developments, Gardner's theory of multiple intelligences to hierarchical design and prepare the homework. Teachers according to students' non-intelligencefactors such as achievement, ability, and learning initiative of students in stratified dynamically reasonably, decorate the corresponding to different levels of students, layered homework really let all the students can get development.This paper through the literature research presented the analysis of the hierarchical design homework value and significance, and then combined with the questionnaire survey method, observation method, interview method, result analysis,the first bridge in guiyang primary school grade four students for research object, the traditional homework arrangement mode analysis of existing problems; Undertake to the student to study the reasonable hierarchy; For mathematics homework hierarchical design and implementation are discussed. Through the effect of research before and after the experiment proved that the implementation of the layered homework, to student's academic record, learning ability and learning initiative and other non-intellectual factors have a certain role in promoting.
