The fourth industrial revolution,which began in the 21st century,is marked by "big data",the core of the Internet,and data analysis literacy as the core quality of mathematics subjects,which has attracted wide attention in the field of education in China.And from the examination perspective of its examination in the college entrance examination more comprehensive and profound,more close to the real life,which shows that the national level for students to strengthen the quality of data analysis.Compared with the evaluation system of traditional paper and pen test,it calls for scientific and effective evaluation mode to improve students' data analysis literacy,and the non-traditional teaching system of expressive evaluation meets this demand.Therefore,this study,as an empirical study,aims to explore the feasibility of performance evaluation to improve the quality of student data analysis.The operational part of this empirical research is composed of three parts,in the early stage of the study,through the questionnaire teacher's understanding of data analysis literacy for the next step to promote performance evaluation to lay a practical foundation;And provide a more standardized performance-oriented evaluation teaching case,the case from the evaluation target,evaluation task,evaluation criteria and class evaluation,after-class reflection of the complete presentation of performance evaluation in the statistics and probability part of the teaching process;The positive content of the answer and the learning motivation confirmed the role of performance evaluation in the promotion of data analysis literacy.Students who experienced performance evaluation were slightly higher than the average student in the overall score of data analysis literacy content,which means that their data analysis literacy in the probability and statistical part was improved.In the actual situation encountered complex thinking of the topic,especially when encountering the probability of data and statistical problems can choose a reasonable way to deal with the data,expressive evaluation can promote students to better analyze questions,answer questions.Performance evaluation stimulates the initiative and enthusiasm of students in mathematics learning,and students gain self-affirmation through the whole process of evaluation,so that they can learn mathematics in a better mentality and enhance their sense of self-efficacy.
