Research On The Education Of College Students' Labor Concept In The New Era

The goal of the education of labor concept is to make the social members have the emotion of loving labor and laborer,to form the good habit of active labor,and to practice the good quality of cherishing the achievements of labor.The education of labor concept is of great significance to realize the all-round development of individuals,promote the transformation of production relations and realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.With the deepening of reform and opening up,influenced by the diversity of world thoughts,the connotation and practice of the education of labor concept have received a great impact,among which there are many other stones,but more like the bad concepts of "money worship" and "hedonism",which have dispelled the effect of the education of labor concept.In 2018,President Xi Jinping emphasized labor education in the national education conference,and set up a system of educating people with five principles of moral,intellectual,physical,and aesthetic education,which opened a new chapter for the development of education on labour outlook.College students are not only the new generation of the times,but also the "network aborigines" influenced by various labor concepts.Therefore,the education of College Students' Outlook on labor in the new era is faced with both a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity and countless unknowns,which requires educators not only to focus on the new situation of the current "new era",but also to cross the long river of history,look for experience and learn lessons from the past,so as to provide experience for the research of the education path of College Students' Outlook on labor in the new era Empirical support and practical basis.Based on this,this paper studies the following aspects,including the introduction and four chapters.The introduction part: Introduces the origin of the topic selection,elaborates the purpose and significance of the research on the education of labor outlook for college students in the new era;summarizes the research status of the research on labor outlook education;and introduces the research ideas and methods of this article.Chapter 1: Define the relevant concepts of college students' concept of labor education and explain the theoretical basis.Chapter 2: Combing summarizes the historical evolution of college students' concept of labor education.Chapter 3: Explains the era connotation of university labor outlook education under the new era background.Chapter 4: According to the historical experience and era connotation of college students' concept of labor education,the path of college students' concept of labor education in the newera is proposed,which has four main aspects: strengthening the theoretical research and curriculum construction of labor concept education;focusing on the construction of labor practice platform and labor Habit formation;optimizing the working mechanism of college students' labor concept education;building a campus culture with labor concept as its content.
