Research On The Education Of College Students' Concept Of Labor

College students are the future of the country,the hope of the nation.The trend of their concept of labor is not only related to their own growth,but also to the development and prosperity of the country.However,influenced by many factors,the level of contemporary college students' labor concept is uneven.How to guide college students to establish a scientific and correct view of labor is one of the important topics of current ideological and political education.Based on the analysis of existing research results,this paper chooses the relevant theories of college students' labor concept to begin the study,analyzes the existing problems according to the current situation of college students' labor concept,and then puts forward feasible suggestions for the development of college students' labor concept education.This paper starts from the following four aspects to study the education of college students' concept of labor.The first part introduces the purpose and significance of this paper,sorts out the research results of college students' labor concept education at home and abroad,and puts forward the research methods and innovations of this paper,which lays a foundation for the further development of the research.The second part sorts out and defines the concepts of labor concept,labor concept education and college students' labor concept education on the basis of expounding the concept of labor.At the same time,this part clarifies that the education of college students should follow the Marxist concept of labor as the basic,puts forward the necessity and significance of the education of college students' labor concept.This part lays a theoretical foundation for the following study.The third part analyzes the practical problems existing in college students' current concept of labor by means of the analysis results of relevant data and my own questionnaires.The major problems are: college students' indifferent labor consciousness,one-sided knowledge of labor and labor deceptive behaviors and generally low sense of identity to ordinary workers.The causes of these problems are explored deeply from primary family education,campus education and social sentiment.The fourth part is the core content of the article,and puts forward the countermeasures for college students' labor concept education.Enrich the content of college students' concept of labor education,including innovative labor,honest labor,labor regulations and labor model spirit,give play to the role of the main position of ideological and political theory courses,and build a four-dimensional environment,including school,society,network and family.Improve the effectiveness of education of college students' concept of labor in these three ways.
