The goal of basic education reform is to cultivate high-quality workers and successors to meet the needs of social development,and the concept of talent training with "literacy" as the core comes into being.One of the important elements of the core literacy system is "learning to learn",which emphasizes that students should be able to learn independently.Therefore,in order to conform to the trend of students' core literacy education,it has become one of the very important teaching tasks to cultivate students'independent learning ability in chemistry teaching and make them have the core literacy that meets the development requirements of the times.On the basis of the existing research,this study collates and analyzes the relevant literature,comprehensively uses the literature research method,questionnaire survey method,interview method,experiment method and other research methods.According to humanism theory,constructivism theory,discovery learning theory,metacognition theory and so on,the research results have certain theoretical and practical significance.In this paper,two classes of the same level in grade two of a county high school in Hubei Province are selected as the research object to carry out the research of autonomous learning ability.First of all,it analyzes the current situation of students'autonomous learning ability by questionnaire.The questionnaire analyzes four dimensions of learning motivation,learning strategy,self-monitoring,and self-evaluation.Through the results of the questionnaire survey,set up the relevant interview questions,interview the students,hoping to explore the causes behind the status quo of students'autonomous learning ability.Interview teachers to understand their understanding of the teaching concept of "autonomous learning" and its implementation in teaching.On this basis,the corresponding training strategies are proposed,mainly including:(1)stimulate students' learning motivation(2)strengthen the guidance of self-study strategy for senior high school students(3)Create a favorable classroom environment(4)use chemistry diary to help students improve their ability of self-monitoring and evaluation.The training strategy is applied to the teaching practice,and the experimental class and the control class are used for half a semester of practical research.The results of the practice were evaluated in the dimensions of student achievement,questionnaire survey and student interview,the results show that:the training strategies put forward in this study are effective.Students' performance and autonomous learning ability are improved. |
