Give a man a fish and you feed him for a day. Teach him how to fish and you feed him for a lifetime. The way to learn is more important than knowledge itself. The teaching strategy changing is the root of students’ learning methods changing. We should provide students with enough time and space to develop, to help students experience from "learn" to know “how to learn", and "be willing to learn".We start to train the junior high school students math previewing and self-learning based on basic strategies and effective teaching model- the use of "two learning plans" teaching,and a certain amount of practical research. The study is divided into three stages:The initial stage, lecture is the first chapter, mainly determine the basic link and frame of the model, from September to early October,2014.Transition stage, the teaching content for the second chapter and third chapter.Main content is to modify it in the process of practice teaching mode, optimizing the details. The time is from mid-October to the end of November, 2014.Gradually improved stage, the teaching content is the fourth chapter, the fifth chapter and sixth chapter.Main content is to join the "study plan" link, make the "two learning plans" teaching model to be more perfect,the time is from early December to January, 2014.Through to the class track and questionnaire analysis of the students, such aspects need to promote, form a good habit of preview, strengthen the cultivation of the students’ interest,enhance the students participation, improve the method of self-study and increase study enthusiasm, etc. So the implementation of the teaching in the mathematics teaching mode shows that the above strategies are meaningful.This paper is divided into five parts. The first chapter is the introduction, which mainly introduces the proposed background, purpose and significance of the study, and proposed ideas and methods in this study. The second chapter mainly elaborates the theory foundation for the study of the domestic situation and topic research. The third chapter is the use of junior high school mathematics "two learning plans", teaching mode for practice results andconclusions of independent learning ability. The fourth chapter is the practice of the teaching mode, introduces the use of "two learning plans" a practice teaching model case, from prep objectives, materials analysis, learning situation analysis, the completion of the analysis,several aspects of the teaching process in detail. The fifth chapter is the evaluation and reflection of "two learning plans" teaching model.
