Learning in the post-epidemic era is more free and open.The development of autonomous learning ability is conducive to the improvement of high school students'academic quality and the cultivation of lifelong learning ability,which is the premise and guarantee for the construction of a lifelong learning society.High school students'autonomous learning ability in chemistry study refers to students' ability to achieve their learning goals by taking initiative in high school chemistry study and learning flexibly according to the characteristics of this subj ect itself.It requires students to participate and explore actively by means of independent information collecting and processing,new knowledge acquiring,cooperation and other effective methods.This study attempts to study the concept,connotation and extension of high school students' autonomous learning ability in chemistry,analyze the current situation of high school students' autonomous learning ability in chemistry at this stage,and design the basic program of autonomous learning and strategies to improve their autonomous learning ability based on mastering learning theory.In order to solve the above problems,I carry out it in four steps:The first part introduces the research background and basic methods of thesis writing.The second part carries out the research on the current situation of high school students' autonomous learning ability in chemistry,which lays a foundation for the follow-up research on strategies to improve the autonomous learning ability and the comparison of post-test data.The third part is a research on strategies for improving students'chemistry autonomous learning ability based on Mastery Learning theory.This part introduces the design of experiment,the design and implementation of classroom teaching based on Mastery Learning theory.The fourth part is the conclusion and inspiration.To the conclusion,the author puts forward suggestions on the cultivation of students' autonomous learning ability and the promotion of effective teaching,and summarizes his own gains,reflection and outlook.(1)high school students indeed get a strong will about learning,they generally have problems such as inflexible learning methods,passive learning,self-binding but not enough to realize self-supervision,and lack of methods.(2)based on the mastery learning theory,learning tasks and questions clear task list provide the basis for active learning,and through different means of evaluation feedback learning situation,combined with different class type,such as different ways of learning,can help students to coordinate the self learning process and correct learning behavior and promote students' autonomous learning ability.(3)To establish task lists to help students establish learning clues,so that the learning process can be based on;Diversified and multi-level evaluation methods can help students adjust and control the learning progress and difficulty in a timely manner and make the learning process more flexible.Timely correction and individual counseling to help students improve,so that students significantly improve their academic achievements.Based on this,independent learning can effectively eliminate the huge differences between individual students and improve the ability of student groups.Applying master learning theory to autonomous learning and exploring a new mode of autonomous learning has created a successful possibility for improving students'autonomous learning ability and academic level at the same time.It is worth a try in middle school chemistry teaching.
