| Rural physical education teachers are the main disseminators of the development of school physical education in rural areas of our country.Based on maslow's hierarchy of needs theory,ecology of education theory and lifelong learning theory,this paper directly introduces the concept of "vocational survival" into the practical investigation and theoretical analysis of rural physical education teachers.This study using the literature material method,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics,logic analysis and other research methods,to xiao-shan luo hunan area six counties(Chaling,yanling,AnRen,Guidong,Ru city,Yizhang)investigate the rural physical education teachers professional survival,specific refers to the local rural sports teachers' gender,age,school age,educational background,title,etc;Working pressure state;Working load status;Status of job satisfaction;The state of interpersonal relationship;Professional development status and social status were investigated.Through investigation and analysis,the following conclusions are drawn:1.The basic status quo of the professional living state of physical education teachers in rural areas of luoxiao mountain in hunan province:(1)the unreasonable structure of teachers makes it difficult to guarantee the teaching quality;(2)Excessive pressure load seriously affects physical and mental health;(3)Low job satisfaction and no interest in professional development;(4)Under the influence of traditional culture,PE teachers are biased in cognition.2.Problems in the professional living state of physical education teachers in rural areas of luoxiao mountain in hunan province:(1)the proportion of male and female teachers is not balanced,with male teachers accounting for 80%;The educational structure of teachers is dominated by junior college,accounting for about 50%-60%of the total number of teachers.The proportion of teachers' professional titles is unbalanced,mainly in junior titles.(2)The pressure load is too large,and the pressure on teachers is mainly caused by the difficulty in improving students' performance,low status recognition and low income;Teachers'workload is generally overloaded.32.24%of the teachers have more class hours per week than they should,and the task of attending lectures and preparing lessons is heavy.Physical education teachers also need to perform logistics work.(3)Low job satisfaction,67.11%teachers are not satisfied with the current salary and treatment,and 41.45%teachers think the school management system is unreasonable.Professional development stagnated.57.23%of PE teachers felt that professional development was not important and vocational training opportunities provided by schools were too few.(4)The social status of rural physical education teachers is not recognized,physical education is not valued by schools,and the social cognition of physical education is poor.3.Put forward the following countermeasures according to the current situation and difficulties of the professional existence of physical education teachers in rural areas of luoxiao mountain in hunan province:(1)implement policies to increase financial investment and improve the treatment of physical education teachers;(2)Establish a good image to reduce prejudice and improve the status of physical education teachers;(3)To create a good educational environment and standardize the management system of physical education teaching;(4)To improve teachers' ability of independent learning and accelerate the process of specialization of rural PHYSICAL education teachers. |
