Research On The Targeted Poverty Alleviation Of Physical Education In Rural Schools In Hunan Section Of Luoxiao Mountain

"Targeted" Targeted poverty alleviation" is a national strategy to achieve a well-off work in an all-round way.The education foundation of rural schools in poor areas is poor,and school physical education is the short board of school education.The development of rural school physical education is restricted by the current situation of "poverty",such as the relatively weak teachers,the low degree of attention,and the lack of space and equipment.This study takes the rural schools in the poverty-stricken areas of Luoxiao mountain as the object of investigation.From the perspective of the poverty-stricken rural schools in the poverty-stricken areas,taking the implementation of "targeted poverty alleviation" of rural school sports as the breakthrough point,the research mainly uses the methods of field investigation,interview and questionnaire survey to conduct in-depth investigation on the poverty of rural schools in the poverty-stricken areas of Luoxiao mountain.The results are as follows:1)there are some poverty status in six aspects of rural school physical education in Luoxiao mountain,such as field and equipment,teachers,teaching,extracurricular activities,funds and concepts.2)The main factors that affect the development of rural school physical education in Luoxiao mountain are:material resource factors:lack of sports venues,inadequate equipment and poor management;human resource factors:lack of management of part-time physical education teachers,aging of teachers,low pay and less opportunities for further education;sports fund factors:single source,unscientific fund management;sports Concept factor:influenced by the traditional feudal thought and the pressure of exam oriented education.3)To build a"government society school" three in one Luoxiao mountain concentrated poverty-stricken rural school sports targeted poverty alleviation path:government regulation,construction of education targeted poverty alleviation mechanism;education targeted poverty alleviation to help sports teachers incentive system;establishment of school sports special poverty alleviation fund investment;government to increase the publicity of school sports.Social support,advocacy of social(individual)to help the development of school physical education;enhance the social identity of physical education teachers;use the socialized way to increase funds and open source for the development of school physical education;change the social concept of school physical education errors;school practice,constantly strengthen the vocational training of physical education teachers and the cultivation of lifelong learning habits;improve the management level of school physical education venues and equipment,and improve High utilization rate;scientific and reasonable allocation of funds;improve the professional identity of physical education teachers.
