The development of society and the advancement of the reform of Chinese education have put forward higher requirements for the construction of Chinese teachers and the professional level of Chinese teachers.The content and difficulty of the work of Chinese teachers are also rising.Chinese teacher mentoring is an important part of the teacher training system and an effective way to improve the professionalism of Chinese teachers.However,the existing research on the mentoring system lacks theoretical and practical research on the mentoring system for Chinese teachers.Therefore,in this thesis,a survey of Chinese teachers in primary and secondary schools is conducted based on questionnaires and teacher interviews.The data analysis is used to understand the current status and causes of the mentoring of Chinese teachers.Based on this,an optimization strategy with Chinese characteristics is proposed.The first part of the dissertation is the introduction.This part briefly introduces the background of the topic selection of this dissertation.It sorts out the current status of domestic and foreign research on mentoring,and proposes the research purpose and significance based on the lack of existing research.The main body of the thesis is the survey part,including survey design,data analysis,and cause analysis.The first content of the survey design section includes the theoretical basis of the research,and the concept and characteristics of teacher mentoring.In addition,the ideas and methods of this research and the research design and implementation of the questionnaire were presented.The second section analyze the status quo of the implementation of the teacher-apprentice system for Chinese teachers in primary and secondary schools.It is found that the determination of the teacher-apprentice relationship is mainly based on administrative distribution.The pairing method is traditional and the guidance method is not new.Problems in the way of guidance;lack of attention to language guidance books in reading guidance;language teaching guidance disregards curriculum standards and textbooks;language research and proposition guidance are not perfect;paired content issues;and the purpose of Chinese teachers' mentoring There is prejudice in cognition,and other teachers are not fully involved in waiting for cognitive problems.The third chapter,on the basis of the status quo of the implementation of the teacher-mentoring system for Chinese teachers,combines the results of questionnaires and teacher interviews to trace its causes from both subjective and objective aspects.The fourth chapter proposes specific optimization strategies based on the survey results.Specifically,put forward the idea of Chinese teachers:change the unilateral"passing belt" thinking,establish a multi-directional learning concept,improve the understanding of the characteristics of the discipline,improve the value of the mentoring system in the Chinese discipline,and avoid Blind dependence;optimization strategies for the pairing form and guidance method of Chinese mentoring system include:building a group of Chinese mentoring and apprentices,respecting the need for pairing of Chinese teachers,and exploring a variety of Chinese mentoring activities.In terms of optimizing pairing content,this research proposes a questionnaire analysis:rich reading content and method guidance,taking into account aspects such as language teaching and research,and psychology,highlighting the basic knowledge and abilities of the language subject,and formulating pairing plans according to teachers' needs.In terms of optimizing school management,it is proposed to carry out the mentoring ceremony between teachers and disciples,build a collective identity of mentors and apprentices,create a system for the selection and training of mentors and apprentices,improve the evaluation system for mentoring and mentoring,attach importance to the results of mentoring and mentoring,and improve the mentoring system Incentives.Finally,the writing of this thesis is summarized in the concluding part.
