With the continuous deepening of education reform,more and more primary and secondary schools have begun to call for professional intervention and guidance on school change and teacher professional development,and collaboration with university researchers has become a new development trend of teaching and research activities in primary and secondary schools.This kind of normalized and standardized teaching and research activity carried out by university researchers and primary and secondary school teachers can make the combination of educational theory and educational practice more thorough.However,how effective this collaboration is,and whether its role and value are fully exerted and reflected,have become questions worth pondering and studying.This research focuses on the junior high school section,and analyzes the effectiveness of collaboration between university researchers and junior high school teachers in teaching and research activities.The core problems to be solved by this study are:How do university researchers and junior high school teachers collaborate in teaching and research activities?What kind of collaboration is effective collaboration?What factors affect the effectiveness of collaboration?How can collaboration between university researchers and junior high school teachers be made more effective?In view of the above problems,this research is based on the theory of Community of Inquiry.The collaborative teaching and research activities carried out by C University and X and Y junior high schools in W city is selected as the research objects,and the literature method,observation method and interview method are used to conduct research.The study found that,in the collaboration,university researchers and junior high school teachers create more effective teaching plans through the discovery,exploration and integration of problems.In the process,university researchers provided and shared more professional knowledge,played an academic leading role,and contributed more to the results of collaboration.Due to team cohesion and the organization and management of teaching and research activities,the collaboration effect of School X is not very good.School Y,with its proper collaboration design and organization,and the strong and urgent reform willingness of junior high school teachers,finally achieved more than expected collaboration results.The main conclusions of this study include:First,the collaboration between effective university researchers and junior high school teachers is mainly reflected in seven aspects:based on real teaching problems,inquiry-based collaboration processes,open dialogue and interaction,true emotional expression,high group cohesion,reasonable design and organization,and practical collaboration results.Second,the main factors affecting the effectiveness of collaboration are university researchers,junior high school teachers,junior high school principals,teaching and research directors,collaborative teams and other relevant subjects,as well as school culture,teaching and research models and systems.Thirdly,for the tripartite subjects of university researchers,junior high school administrators and teachers involved in the collaboration,this paper provides relevant suggestions to improve the effectiveness of collaboration between university researchers and junior high school teachers in teaching and research activities.
