| Centennial plan,education-oriented,education plan,teacher-oriented.With the rapid development of China's modernization,people's living standards are improving day by day,people pay more and more attention to education.As the organizer and leader of teaching activities,teachers are the key factors influencing the effect of teaching.So,in recent years,more and more scholars in China pay attention to teachers,teachers'professional happiness has become one of the many research objects.This paper takes the professional happiness of junior high school politics teachers as the research object,and uses the literature research method and investigation method to study the connotation,main performance,basic situation and promotion strategy of junior high school politics teacher's professional happiness.The study sent questionnaires to politics teachers in junior high schools across the country,and learned about the basic situation of the respondents in terms of gender,age,teaching age,education,teaching school area,number of grades and classes,position and average monthly salary,and found that about two-thirds of the respondents had a higher professional happiness,but about one-third of the ethics and rule of law teachers experienced little happiness in their work.Through the analysis of the professional happiness of politics teachers in different backgrounds,it is found that the two factors that have a greater impact on them are the teaching areas and the monthly income level of teachers,in addition to the influence of subject characteristics on the professional happiness of politics teachers in junior high school.Based on the fact that there are still about one-third of the moral and legal teachers' professional happiness,the author thinks that the reasons can be explored mainly from external factors and internal factors,among which there are three main factors:First,the pre-reform test model leads to subject contempt,second,the teaching content update speed,the teaching objectives are difficult to achieve,third,the quality of students is poor and the politics class learning motivation is insufficient.There are three internal factors,namely,the low sense of professional identity of some politics teachers,the low professional quality of some politics teachers,and the weak self-regulation ability of some teachers.Therefore,we also need to build the professional feelings of politics teachers,improve the professional quality of politics teachers,improve the politics teachers' social status,improve the politics teachers' economic treatment,and pay attention to the politics teachers' physical and mental health to improve the overall professional happiness of politics teachers comprehensively. |
