In recent years,private middle schools have developed rapidly and become an important part of primary and secondary education.Under the general environment of the development of private schools,county private education also develops.Based on the investigation of teachers in four private junior middle schools in Gushi County,Henan Province,this paper studies the status quo of teachers' professional happiness in private junior middle schools in county areas.The essence of education is to cultivate happy students.Only teachers with a full sense of happiness can cultivate students with a full sense of happiness.Therefore,teachers' professional happiness plays an important role in the realization of educational goals.On the basis of consulting a large number of literatures on professional happiness of teachers,this paper draws on the relevant theories and views of predecessors on private education,and applies the educational theoretical knowledge learned during my graduate study.In addition,this paper is completed by combining the author's own teaching experience in private middle schools.With the methods of literature research,questionnaire survey,interview and other research methods,this paper makes an in-depth study of the status quo of the professional happiness of private junior middle school teachers in Gushi County,Henan Province,and tries to explore strategies to improve the professional happiness of private junior middle school teachers in county areas.This article is divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction.This part mainly states the reason,core concepts,literature review and research methods used in this study.The second part is a survey on the status quo of teachers' professional happiness,which combines questionnaire and interview to state the status quo of teachers' professional happiness in private junior middle schools.The third part analyzes the reasons for the lack of professional happiness of teachers in private junior middle schools,and conducts an in-depth analysis on the lack of professional happiness of teachers in private junior middle schools from the three aspects of school,society and teachers themselves.The fourth part is to promote the county private junior middle school teachers career well-being of the solution strategy.This paper proposes solutions from the following three aspects: improving the policies and regulations of private education,strengthening social security and humanistic care,and improving the professional reputation,social status and salary of private junior middle school teachers;Schools should change the management mode,establish the awareness of democratic management,enhance the sense of security and belonging of teachers,improve teachers' working environment,recreational and sports facilities and strengthen logistics support,pay attention to teachers' learning and training to promote teachers' professional development;Teachers should establish lifelong learning awareness,improve teaching efficiency,learn the methods of psychological self-adjustment,enhance mental health and establish harmonious interpersonal relationship.The fifth part is the conclusion of this study.In a word,the solution to the problem of professional happiness of teachers inprivate junior middle schools needs the joint efforts of the society,schools and teachers.It is very important for the healthy development of private education to pay attention to the professional happiness of private junior middle school teachers.
