Under the impetus of the new curriculum reform,the cultivation of core literacy has become the core teaching objective of the current teaching of various disciplines.Starting from the moral and rule of law courses,the significance of cultivating students' core literacy is explored,and the practical cultivation strategy is analyzed by taking social responsibility as an example.Moral and rule of law course is an important way of current moral education and plays a crucial role in the formation of students' core literacy.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to carry out the cultivation of "rule of law consciousness" in students' core literacy in moral and rule of law teaching from the perspective of practical teaching.The fourth plenary session of the 18th CPC central committee,"decision of the CPC central committee on several major issues related to comprehensively advancing the rule of law",clearly requires promoting the theory of socialist rule of law with Chinese characteristics into textbooks and classrooms,and cultivating legal talents and reserve force who are familiar with and adhere to the system of socialist rule of law with Chinese characteristics.Rule of law education has become an indispensable part of school education.Strengthening rule of law education is one of the important contents of socialist core values education for minors,and it is an urgent need to promote the rule of law and build a socialist country under the rule of law.As the main force of the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics,the consciousness of the rule of law of minors is related to the realization of the goal of the construction of China under the rule of law.Due to the limitations of physical and psychological development,minors are not able to distinguish right from wrong and have weak legal concepts.They are prone to be affected by adverse factors and even go on the road of breaking the law and committing crimes.Therefore,it is necessary to attach great importance to the rule of law education and strengthen teenagers' rule awareness and self-protection ability.In the implementation of "political core literacy",the key is to refine the connotation of core literacy,into specific character and ability requirements,implemented in specific teaching materials.However,the new textbook "morality and the rule of law" of grade 8 can integrate the cultivation of the core qualities of the rule of law of junior middle school students into specific teaching,and finally reflect on the students,so as to solve the problem of "improving the core qualities of the rule of law of junior middle school students".The textbook morality and the rule of law compiled by junior high school is an important front for the education of the rule of law.The investigation of the current situation of legal consciousness education in this front will help to enrich the practical methods and paths for the cultivation of legal consciousness in morality and the rule of law,and enhance the scientificity and feasibility of the core accomplishment of the rule of law.The cultivation of the core accomplishment of "rule of law consciousness" as the relationship between growth and development of students' comprehensive ability,which can to a great extent,helps the student to have the ability to understand and practice knowledge,but also to a great extent,make up for the deficiencies of the current class of morality and the rule of law.
