Research On The Education Of Rule Of Law Consciousness In Moral And Legal Courses In Junior Middle Schools

Rule of law education is the key to cultivating the awareness of the rule of law among young people,such as freedom consciousness,equality consciousness,rights and obligation consciousness;The curriculum of morality and rule of law is the main carrier of the rule of law education for junior high school students.It has an important mission in cultivating adolescents to exercise their rights,fulfill their obligations,abide by laws and regulations,and promote the spirit of socialist rule of law.This paper comprehensively uses literature research,content analysis,research methods,and studies the current status of ethical rule of law education.On the basis of combing related concepts and theories,through the analysis of the survey data,it is found that the current moral and rule of law courses have achieved certain results in the education of rule of law consciousness,mainly reflected in the school's emphasis on the rule of law and the rule of law education.Constantly enrich the teaching methods of awareness education,increase practical activities,and continuously improve students' awareness of the rule of law.However,there are still some problems in practice,mainly the implementation of the individual content of the textbook "Ethics and Rule of Law" in junior high school and the guiding role of teachers.Without games,students have no motivation,and the rule of law awareness education hardware needs to be improved.The main reason for these problems lies in the lack of comprehensive understanding of frontline teaching practice by textbook authors,the low level of physical and mental development of students,and the low level of professionalism of rule of law teachers.In response to the above problems and causes,from the improvement of teaching materials,enhance the role of teachers,improve the professional quality of teachers,stimulate students' enthusiasm for learning,give play to the role of school rule of law education,and propose specific improvement strategies.It is hoped that the implementation of these measures will promote the development of moral rule of law education and rule of law education in junior high schools.
