As the rise of the positive psychology in this century,many researchers shifted their focus from Post-Second World War illness and trauma to the exploration and development on human's strength and virtue.This assists people elevating their happiness and life significance.The concept of Psychological Capital was proposed during this time period.There's an increasing tendency of the researches about bachelor students' Psychological Capital and Schooling Ajustment.However,as an essential group among the college students,the studies about vocational college students are limited.Base on the background,this article will focus on discussing the investigations and interrogations about Psychological Capital and Schooling Ajustment of over 300 students in a random vocational college at Hubei province.Then,the correlation and regression analysis of the Psychological Capital and Schooling Ajustment will be testified.The Psychological Capital Intervention(PCI)is targeting 20 vocational college students as the experimental group to analyze the effects.According to the 325 effective samples survey of the'Psychological Capital Questionnaire for College students self-evaluation',the level of vocational college students' average Psychological Capital is higher than that of bachelor students,the bachelor students' data were from Ke Jianglin 2015.In sub-dimension,Task-Oriented Psychological Capital of vocational college students is higher than bachelor students.In contrast,the Guanxi-Oriented Psychological Capital of bachelor students is higher.The data of perseverance and persistence remains the same.Among the other 4 third order factors,the vocational college students are all higher than the bachelor students.The statistical meaning of the vocational college students and the bachelor students'psychological capital and its each dimension's difference is debatable and required more evidences to substantiate.From this research,the vocational students' psychological capital and its second and third dimension do have significant varieties in different grades,sexuality,students' previous education backgrounds.In certain dimensions,the members of student union do have significant differences than the others.Base on the investigation and research to the sample 305 effective China College Student Adjustment Scale(CCSAS)surveys of vocational college students,It appears that the general score is higher than that of the vocational college students from Shanghai in 2018 surveyed by Shenqian.In 7 second-dimension,students from Hubei is higher in 5 five of them,and student from Shanghai is higher than the other 2 dimensions which are interpersonal relationship and satisfactions.From this research,the vocational students'psychological capital and its second and third dimension do have significant varieties in different grades,sexuality,students' previous education backgrounds.In certain dimensions,the members of student union do have differences than the others.According to the sample vocational college students' 'University student's self-evaluation' and‘Chinese university students' 300 effective survey research analysis,the Psychological Capital and Schooling Ajustment is positive correlated,the psychological capital and schooling the 7-dimension of the two factors are also positively correlated at different levels.The psychological capital and schooling adjustment's linear regression equation is effective.The goodness of fit test appeals that over 50%of the vocational college students could explain the schooling adjustment,and by using psychological capital the partial schooling adjustment is predictableBase on the PCI Psychological Capital intervention model,the random 40 sample students were selected and divided into 2 groups,each group had 20 students in 10 pair.One group was called "experimental group",the other was "comparative group".First,we impose pre-intervention testing on "experimental group" and "comparative group".Then research imposes the "experimental students'6 times micro-interventions in 2 weeks,in compare the 'University student's self-evaluation' and 'Chinese university students' with pre-experimental and post-experimental evaluations.The total psychological capital and task-oriented psychological capital and 8 third factors of the post-experimental measurements are higher than pre-experimental measurements except one sub-dimension factor.The sub-dimension task-oriented psychological capital and 8 third dimensions shows that the post-experimental measurements are significantly higher than pre-experimental results.The "comparative group" and the "experimental group"have no significant results on self-evaluation and evaluations by others.There are 5 possible outcomes from the statistical analysis:First,the intervention is effective;Second,the intervention is not only effective and also has "transmission effect" on "comparative group";Third,the intervention is effective but it is not the only reason that causing"experimental group" and "comparative group" psychological capital increase,the other factors shall be further explore;Fifth,the local college student evaluation and PCI are not compatible.
